This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@Bell_Support is there a reason everyone in my household doesn’t have service? was just on hold with you guys for over 25 mins to have the call dropped ffs. Why can’t you reply to others over tweet so the general public can find out if your service is down or not? #shittyservice
