I pay nearly $200 for landline, internet, and TV (basic + Cantonese). It's probably why so many are switching to Netflix.

I was offered a contract, directed to a store where I was told my order was not processable. Then I was told I owed $450 upfront for the $0 marketed phone. I'm in a 5G area getting 80kbps speeds nowhere near my data limit and my bills every other month keep increasing for bogus charges. Every month I'm on the phone with them trying to fix it and getting nowhere with them!

They were able to help access my account in just 50 mins.

We ended up going over 24 hrs without internet (while I missed several meetings) before a Rogers technician could come out to temp fix (not Rogers fault).
