    I just had the WORST customer experience EVER with @Bell . I hope they’d follow through with that supervisor call on Monday, since apparently, their customer service employees aren’t actually doing their jobs properly and now they have completely F-ed up our account. 😤

    @Bell have been a loyal customer since I got my very first cellphone [2008]. Just because I have the $60 plan now, I’m no longer eligible for any loyalty promos or discounts. This is laughable. Might have to reconsider where I put my loyalty too.

    @Bell Very disappointed to hear that you will not repair a cell tower to provide better cell service to all of your customers in Chappelle Edmonton. Bell mobility suggested we purchase a signal booster, which does nothing to help service in the area. Poor service.

    @Bell_Support Had I not called and got the tracking number I wouldn't have known to pick it up. Very poor. In my opinion this is unacceptable. Bell should be notifying their customers when they ship out their product.

    @Bell terrible customer service. I upgraded my contract on monday and my new phone was sent out. Didn't receive any kind of email confirming shipment so I called today only to get "I'm not sure where your phone is, maybe it's still in the warehouse but here's your tracking number

    @Bell_Support seems like your mobility customers are not able to call our place of business. Not happening with other cell phone providers, just Bell mobility customers. When I’ve tried to call Bell, they told me it’s not their problem.

    @jasontoronto1 @freedomsupport You are right @jasontoronto1 their plans have gotten worst. They have taken away all the USA roaming on the new plans which means you will have to buy add-ons which means they will suck just like the Big 3 .... I knew it couldn't last until @FreedomMobile looked like @bell

    I know it’s sounds silly, but how can #Edmonton be considered a World Class City when there is such a dead zone on our LRT line. This would never happen in NYC or LA or Paris or Tokyo. Why isn’t @Telus, @Rogers, or @Bell stepping up to make access available? #yegtransit #yeg

    Love how @Bell's "reward" for my "loyalty" is two free months of a service I don't want and that will auto-renew at full price if I don't cancel it (which they will admit but only if you ask them that specifically, reject their dodge answer, and ask it again). Gee, thanks!

    @Bell_Support 4K PVR was down repeatedly for almost 2.5 months. Multiple calls asking for help with tech support ended with us having to pay to upgrade router. Didn't fix problem. Finally new tech installed a new 4k PVR and working again. Ended up losing all recordings.

    @Bell been having problems with internet for over a year. Called several times, technicians have came by. Called back today. Tier 2 support tells me that the best way to make sure I dont have issues with bandwidth is to have nothing connected to the network! I kid you not

    @Bell_Support 3/3 to explain to techs that the line cannot handle it set at 5/6 that you sadly have to put my internet at 3 or so and no more or else it will be overworked and crap out on me again, but by no surprise they set it’s at 5/6. I’ll be switchin providers soon I’m sure

    @Bell_Support 1/3 I had no internet all afternoon and all night so after trying everything I could on my end I called to see what the issue was this time as its always doing this. Your tech said the line is degrading fast and will have someone call me today so here I sit waiting
