Alãnãtudē (@aWYNNING) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@RuckingHook_2 @Bell I was at telus for 20, since they were clearnet but then shit went downhill. Virgin is technically bell & had the best plan for me but holy shit, I’ve never experienced this type of service, ever.
-
trevor boller (@TrevorBoller) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@Bell I was going to get the 11 it was reserved for me. Customer service set me up online. When I get to the store they change the plans and says I couldn’t get the original one they agreed-upon. #switchandbait
-
Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@Bell_Support @Bell my credit score is not an issue, according to Equifax it is 'excellent'. Bell could not get out of their own way to keep their word and I gave them three chances to make good on it. 2/2
-
Becca (@sssuperbecca) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaPoor Mae @Bell_Support ....but I did think something bad had happened in my friend group
-
🦁🇨🇦 Bollywood Roop 🇨🇦 🦁 (@Roopanova) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaUpdate on my experience with @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Bell - Continue to walk around there nonsense. Terrible service. Telus - Options and we can work together. Rogers - Let's set up a call and see if we can work together. Probably the most proactive out of three.
-
KeeperOfSheep (@KeeperOfSheep) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@YouTubeTV it's time to step up and #savecanada. @Bell @TELUS @RiverTVNow are not providing a viable service to Canadians
-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS They can also make VODs free. It's not like people aren't paying for service. I pay nearly $200 for landline, internet, and TV (basic + Cantonese). It's probably why so many are switching to Netflix.
-
Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaPlease do not use @Bell @Bell_Support for your telcom. needs. I was offered a contract, directed to a store where I was told my order was not processable. Then I was told I owed $450 upfront for the $0 marketed phone. I've never received such inept service in all of my life. 1/2

Devin (@dwh17) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@Bell EXCUSE ME. Respond to my DMs and settle my grievance regarding my horrendous experience with all levels of your customer service platform yesterday.
-
🦁🇨🇦 Bollywood Roop 🇨🇦 🦁 (@Roopanova) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaI've been dealing with @Bell for 19 years. I continue to wonder why I deal with you guys. Continue to have the worst customer experience. Hey @TELUS @Rogers what are willing to do for me with regards to these cell phone plans.
-
Lorraine Alcantara (@lorrainejaira) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@Bell have been a loyal customer since I got my very first cellphone [2008]. Just because I have the $60 plan now, I’m no longer eligible for any loyalty promos or discounts. This is laughable. Might have to reconsider where I put my loyalty too.
-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaIf traditional TV-service telecom companies (like @telus, @Shawhelp, @Rogers, @Bell) want to keep their current subscriber base from mass increase in @Netflix subscriptions, they'll need to not only allow data overages, but open their VOD to free rentals. #telco #canada #big3
-
Lincoln Ho | Yegventures 🇻🇦🇨🇦🇭🇰 (@yegventures) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@JohnZmhr @plbg_s @Bell @TELUS It's strangely an 'essential service' that has been rationed out by providers and streaming services it seems. Imagine if gas was only working 80% of the time or electricity was 60% power.
-
𝓇𝒶𝓂 ᴬᴰᴺ🇵🇭🇨🇦 (@iamRam2333) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaI just had the WORST customer experience EVER with @Bell . I hope they’d follow through with that supervisor call on Monday, since apparently, their customer service employees aren’t actually doing their jobs properly and now they have completely F-ed up our account. 😤
-
Roxy (@roxyhofer) reported from Edmonton, AlbertaAnyone else in #yeg having issues with their service. Aka non-existent @Bell @Bell_Support #bellmobility
-
MattButDigital (@MattButDigital) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@bell although im already a customer so you have literally all my info I find it extremely odd that my phone number, full name, and address was needed for me to buy a $20 Iphone dongle....
-
Carlin Brady (@irobox_Cap) reported from Edmonton, Alberta@Bell_Support Bell media owns the channel and the programming sucks just repeating the same shows all the time, every day the same shows. Reruns are good but no multiple of the same show back to back there’s tones of great things to air cause you’ve done it in the pass
Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported@Bell_Support Are you trolling me & I just can’t tell, or am I trapped in the bizarro-matrix? Are your “support” staff so grossly incompetent that they genuinely can’t understand the paradox when they say “If your phone is broken, please call…”?!?
-
Etaoin Shrdlu (@Shrdlu) reported@Bell So, your modems have poor coverage and you think people should pay $138 a year when they could buy three D-Link AC1750 Mesh Wi-Fi Range Extenders for about the same cost? Sounds like a Bell business model alright.
-
Sarah Macdonald (@mamarunsfor3) reportedAfter cancelling some of our services to move to @Bell, they are now telling us our service will be activated in ANOTHER 7 business days. We ordered this service a month ago and activated it last week. Honestly, no one wants our money and I am happy to keep it. #allofthemsuck
-
Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported@Bell_Support If, when faced with a technical problem, your advice is “Try calling us using our competitors network, because, apparently, they have their **** together when we don’t” then you *seriously* need to reconsider your line of work. 1/2
-
indie (@timesiick) reported@TorontoDefiant @overwatchleague @Bell **** WHY ARE PLANE TICKETS SO EXPENSIVE.
-
Janet Francis (@mrsjanetdean) reported@Bell_Support we’ve been without service for 2 days now and although the outage was repaired two days ago the neighbour & I still have no service and are still waiting for the “we’ll call you back in 2 hours” call - that was 24 hours ago. You gonna cover my data overage?
-
TM (@tonnim) reportedHonestly, @Bell_Support how can Bell justify over charging Canadians for the WORST services. Your email platform is clunky, annoying and lame. If I used it for business I'd be out of business.
-
Ryan (@rye_b) reportedHey @Bell do you train your installers to open a customer’s door and stick their (unmasked) head inside to announce their presence, or is that going above and beyond for customer satisfaction?
-
4Patients613YOW (@4patients613YOW) reported@Bell_Support is email down in Ontario?
-
Gilles Allain (@gillesallainGD) reportedWell week four of waiting for any kind of answer from @Bell_Support @bell Amazing that this corporate colossus cannot figure out how to add a new street address to their system and tell us if there is any way we can get service or not. It really sounds simple. @DeniseC41643393
