    Day 8 and finally service restored. Can't do the change we wanted because apparently if we want to upgrade our internet, Bell has to change our fax # (wtf?) But yay for the return to status quo. Thanks for a week of intense stress for nothing @Bell_Support @cbcgopublic

    In that case @telus you have my business when my term is over!! Also @bell why do in store reps need to call customer service for problems…what a waste of time if I’m store reps don’t have access to anything. All I need is my final bill to prove to collections I owe $0

    @Bell_Support @Bell I don’t think a vague tweet will suffice when we are all now wondering if there is a data/security breach of our accounts. I’ve tried to get a hold of ANYONE via telephone/online chat and we are left to taking to social media? Asking us to DM you? WTF?

    @Bell_Support it’s been 2 hours on the phone between Bell Smart Home and Bell Internet we all agree it’s an issue with the modem but keep transferring from between the two departments, it’s happened 4 times now! And a tech came this afternoon!
