Having Bell Fibe is great because it is slower than the internet in the Middle Ages and when it rains it stops working. 20 hours without internet or TV. @Bell_Support calling tomorrow but wanted to vent my anger here because it is absurd how horrendous and predictable service is

@orangemaple @Bell_Support Ours is down sporadically every other hour or it just won’t reach half our house it’s ridiculous! 👎🏻 we’ve had tech after tech come by and give us every excuse in the book and tell us our house is too big for the connection for each every room! @Bell has the worst customer service in the country bar none. I'm currently on hold, which I was told would be for 5 minutes, for over an hour and no one has come back on the line to even update me.
