Richard Purdy (@RickPurdy1959) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell I was with Rogers since back when they were ATT. Loyal for over 30 years. 3 cell phones on my plan. My bills were getting ridiculous. I asked them if I could get on the newcomer to Canada plan as it was considerably cheaper. ****** around for 3 days and in the end, I didnt qualify andthere was no way I was getting it. Called Telus, in 35 minutes I had a 2 year plan that was $128 cheaper per month so I went with them. Rogers called me for 4 days in a row, another department, customer retention, sales manager all wanting to give me a better deal, none of them had a good command of the English language. Told them the deal was done with Telus and kindly leave me alone. Then the call cente,r started, 2 or 4 calls a day for weeks from Rogers. I hate my country. I hate dealing with these monoply companies. There is not 1 thing that is good about Canada today.

David Cortesi (Toronto Wise Guy) (@YYZ_GY) reported@Bell Can you or anyone tell me why after canceling all your services I'm still getting a monthly bill? And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?

Aphy Sykes (@AphySykes) reported@MahyJ @Bell Seriously just switch to Telus while youre a fresh customer. Promise you'll save a lot of money in the long run. 20 years with Bell and for whatever reason they choose to be the most expensive provider in Canada.

Carter Ferda (@HRHDeets) reported@bell When will you stop your impersonators from calling me 10 times a week to update my modem when I'm not a Bell internet customer? I ran out of block numbers on landline. #belltakeaction
-
A Kar (AKK) (@AjumaKar) reported@Bell did management learn that once a customer leaves because deals are offered to new customers and not to the ones that have been loyal. They never return.

John Obrien (@johnnyo133) reported@Bell_Support three nights in a row that tv goes off with code 101. I have asked numerous times for a tech to come to my house to fix it. You keep saying to do this and that. Book me a tech please or I will look to another provider.

DirtyShirt02 (@DirtyShirt0204) reported@Bell You rally around your tax deductible sponsored logos. Bell doesn't do nothing but take government money to hire refugees at a lower cost. You're the problem Bell. Hope DJT makes American TV industry tariff the ever living **** out of you communists.
