Hey @Bell_Support! Just got an offer from @Eastlink to switch to their mobile service. Two lines with 10 gig data each and unlimited Canada wide calling and texting for $50 a line. What can you offer?

@ryanrross @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support @redsandspei @WickedEH @IslandTel @Bell_Aliant asked @MECLPEI to place their new pokes on #BelmontRoad so they could run fiber lines on them. Then they changed their minds and decided that providing that service to our area wasn't economically viable.

@mushrooomomma @Bell When I cancelled my Rogers service, I literally said at right at the start that I was moving out of the country PERMANENTLY. They still tried to sell me services. Offered me a Rogers credit card. Asked if I would transfer my account to someone else. On and on. Brutal.

@Bell please come and fix this. Everyday my network is down. It is either I am watching a movie or I am working. Your infrastructure just goes down and there is no one monitoring it. I have to reset and factory everyday for what I am paying for. I don’t understand. FIX THIS!!!

Hey @Fidomobile, just landed back in Canada after a month in France and... guess who's pissed? I have this line with Fido, calls and texts only, since my data come from my other sim, French plan. No worries, I'd think. Wrong. They slapped me with $108 more—turned out, every time someone rang my Canadian number and it went straight to voicemail, boom, $18. Six times. Even though I never answered... anyhow, it's insane and next level greedy! My previous line was with @Bell and they never did this crap.

After our internet collapsing this week, and a couple hours dealing with useless AI, I finally got a @RogersHelps person on the phone to be told the earliest they can fix anything is Tuesday afternoon. I’m calling @Bell tomorrow morning. It’s a race. I’ll keep you posted!

@MICHAELCTV @Bell_Support @Bell Be prepared for Bell to tell you that it’s your fault because you are buying an inadequate level of service and need a better more expensive package to ensure ‘continuity’. Complete bollocks but guaranteed they will try it on.
