Then they changed their minds and decided that providing that service to our area wasn't economically viable.

The Truth (@the_truth1234) reported@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. Itโs terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell
