@kfmdawe99 @Bell It literally is so bad. The need for “pods” is total BS.

  • ChrisCa13805953 Chris Cash (@ChrisCa13805953) reported from Upper Rawdon, Nova Scotia

@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@Jennylyver1 @Bell Sounds like they don’t have a reliable tracking system and the customer pays for their deficiency

  • Donatweetme Rob (@Donatweetme) reported

@ItsSamG @Bell and perhaps there was a modem that would need to be returned, but I'm sure it was returned. I think they were paying over $600 a month for crap service they were oversold on...

  • Rocco4Toronto Rocco Achampong (@Rocco4Toronto) reported

Dear @Bell ...saddens me to say your service is terrible. Four technicians in a week and a half and still no internet or TV. cancel, but when your alternative is @Rogers one really has no options in this country. We have the worst telecom service on the planet. Open it up.

  • ItsSamG Sam G (@ItsSamG) reported

@durs26 @Bell It seems they don’t have a working tracking system but put the onus on the customer rather than improve their process

  • JonnBell Jonn  (@JonnBell) reported

@Bell Clearly you haven’t used your own internet. Lag isn’t the issue its how shuts off multiple times a night lol

  • vote4robgill Rob Gill (@vote4robgill) reported

Can someone explain this... Farm in Niagara on the Lake: 3Gbps symmetrical internet for $100/mth House in Downtown St Catharines: 100Mbps down, 10Mbps Up for $75/mth It would be nice if @Bell didn't neglect its existing infrastructure. #onpoli #cdnpoli

  • DanColton60 Dan Colton (@DanColton60) reported

@Bell Wow , the 125.00 internet is crap , so I should pay more to make it work? Brilliant

  • durs26 Stephan (@durs26) reported

@ItsSamG @Bell Happened to us a few years ago. Fed up with the poor service, we ended up sending the equipment back through Canada post and thankfully opted for the "required signature" upon delivery. Saved our butt from a nasty bill that they kept hassling us with by letters and phone calls.

  • eurocarz Robert Paulziak (@eurocarz) reported

@Bell stay away from Bell, the absolute worst customer service. That includes Virgin also owned by Bell

  • MikeMacHitchman Michael G. Hitchman (@MikeMacHitchman) reported

You would have to move the "the internet," files to the onedrive to get the whole thing to work with transport security files and the @Bell switchboard number sent through Bluetooth to the phone. The whole thing will cut down on Amy clones and whatnots on the ground.
