@Bell_Support Internet has been down for almost 24 hours now, since 9am yesterday. Rebooted the modem multiple times, including at 7:30am today. Located in downtown Toronto, postal code M5A. Your support team said it was an outage. What is going on? Why is this still not fixed?

@Bell_Support Wouldn’t you just write “the outage has been cleared please reset the equipment?” You must be aware of whether it’s still an issue or not. If it’s not, then say it in the tweets, it is then don’t tell us to reset out equipment. Seems simple.

@Bell_Support Internet outage in my area since 9am. I was told it would be fixed by 1:00pm. It's 6:50pm and is still out. I called technical support and got vague responses and zero concern for the impairment caused given I work from home.
