Fed up with poor rural internet service, yeah you @bell. New cell service is available, I can see the tower from my house but @bell says no service for me, even tho' my neighbour has it. Called @bell - they were supposed to send a tech out to check - 5 days later no sign of them

  • NickLewis88 Chronick at war (@NickLewis88) reported

@Bell_Support wtf is up with the internet in Kitchener? It's been cutting out for like the last 5 or 6 hours sometimes every 5 or so minutes.

  • JakeMackenzie57 Jake Mackenzie (@JakeMackenzie57) reported

@Bell_Support internet has been in and out for the last 4 hours. Mississauga area; any timeline on when this issue will be resolved?

  • Landon2183 Ryan Landon (@Landon2183) reported

@Bell so apparently it's a $15 service fee to speak with a customer rep for 5 mins on the phone to make a change to my account? Which I wasn't told about till after. On top of the $25 to add a GB of data when I already spend $120 a month. #robbery #garbage let's talk my ***

  • indiglows indigo 🌙 (@indiglows) reported

@Bell_Support do you guys have a live chat option? I have some questions about potentially switching my service

  • angryUTdude mmmkay (@angryUTdude) reported

@porcelainduck @Bell_Support @relkatz Legality depends on the industry though. In the US banking industry, this would fall under UDAAP (unfair, deceptive, and abusive acts and practices). It would absolutely be a CFBP issue and a bank could get fined for it.

@Bell_Support please ASAP.cos your customer service wasn't helpful.they gave me really hard time

  • andrewkelly Andrew Kelly (@andrewkelly) reported

@CRTCeng @Bell Services. There’s no one who can stop these corporations from screwing everyone over. I’m just fed up with all of it and unfortunately there’s no path to make anything better. @elonmusk I hope you bury Bell with Starlink and leave them begging for your help one day.

  • BobLorenz2 Big Brother (@BobLorenz2) reported

@Bell As there doesn't seem to be a community forum, I'll ask here. Why is the mobility network default set to show "Private Number" instead of my own number? I have to go in and check "Always" under "Show your caller ID".
