Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • RainStickland Rain Stickland (@RainStickland) reported

@Bell is trying to hide customer service in DMs and phone calls so they don't get publicly shamed for their ineptitude. Do not let them. Also, if you want phone results ask for loyalty & retentions. Tell them you will cancel your account if they do not comply with you request.

  • RainStickland Rain Stickland (@RainStickland) reported

@Bell_Support You would have had a two year contract for the mobile hub we ordered and you still didn't care enough about customer service to send it out. You're even worse once the contracts are signed.

  • RainStickland Rain Stickland (@RainStickland) reported

@Bell_Support If you could not provide service for a mobile hub you should have said so instead of jerking me around yet again. I gave you both a mobile number and a landline and you STILL could not access the account.

  • RainStickland Rain Stickland (@RainStickland) reported

@Bell_Support we were on the phone 3 hours to order a mobile hub we cannot get in stores. That was a month ago. Still no hub. You customer service is a joke.

  • sweetieshortie Kayla Marie (@sweetieshortie) reported

What's the best android atm? Getting a second phone with @koodoo Also why does @Artour1990 get better service with koodoo than I do with @bell I've had issues with mobile ever since I been with them. The home services are good tho That's why I need to talk on whatsapp

  • RainStickland Rain Stickland (@RainStickland) reported

@Bell_Support Bell agent ID is 3009586. Only one of several who clearly did not help us. Order was placed October 8, 2020. Almost 2 months without internet now.

  • DPocroianu Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reported

    @MatthewFahey15 @Bell @douglasdowney What problem is that ?

  • al3xdakidd1 Al3xdakidd1 (@al3xdakidd1) reported

@Rogers 3+ hours on the phone w CS for device protection... terrible terrible terrible service...what happened to the old Roger's company!!!! @Bell here I come!

  • RainStickland Rain Stickland (@RainStickland) reported

@Bell_Support Until you get your act together I will publicly shame you. Possibly many times a day. 3 hours on the phone because you refuse to pay workers to help your customers. Then you do not train them. We still have no internet hub after over a month.

  • RainStickland Rain Stickland (@RainStickland) reported

@Bell_Support IF we have our hub in under a week, we will continue our service with you. If not, we are going elsewhere. Other companies pretend to have unlimited plans, too. Geoffrey Laxton is an uncommon name so you should have no trouble looking it up.
