@ChouffotSharney @Bell_Support @DrKateTO One idiot serviceman does not a company make. Bell like every communication tech company out there is struggling to find technicians to meet demand. Obviously this guy has some kind of a problem. Once they track down the technician sure there will be consequences.

@DoolanJulia @DrKateTO @Bell 1/I do have a grip. That's why I live normally. My daughter is a univ student. Last week she sat beside a friend who unknowingly had c19. She coughed beside my daughter for a hour w no mask. My daughter didn't get c19 & never has. U can live in fear. Sorry I'm not doing that...

@GoberLass @DrKateTO @Bell I was really surprised to hear it. It would never have occurred to me to request in advance and I was just lucky my husband was the one on the call and happened to say something. As the tech I *did* have said "you're going into someone else's home and you have to respect that."

@asquared20me @Bell_Support @DrKateTO So you take the simple matter of a customer request for a mask, where the technician acts like an *******, and turn it into a question about hazmat suits. Nice try.

@vet_dot @Bell_Support @DrKateTO How should the social media team with possibly no training on installation fix this? They can help by putting OP in touch with the right people. Attacking the social media team when they have no control over the situation is not the vibe.
