@Bell_Support There is no eta? This isn't an issue with my devices or modem. It states bell error 2000 which means outage. Outage report websites show people reporting outage for wifi. I really don't want to call on Christmas. Just would like an ETA.

All I want for Christmas is for @TELUS @TELUSsupport to fix the network issues me and others had in Cape Breton for over 3.5 mths. Ever since @Bell did 5 g upgrades. Telus still has no eta on fixing issue. Numerous complaints issued no repair no eta.

@Bell_Support hey. I am travelling in the US and I normally have LTE when I am in Canada and I did have LTE when I first arrived in the US. But now my phone is stuck on 3G. I don’t think this should happen with a roam like home add on that I have. Please fix this Bell.

@Bell thank u for helping out a prepaid customer, I just got fired from my job because apparently u never received my payment this morning & now my phone doesn’t work. Like you say it’s my banks fault right. Thanks for helping me out. Definitely cancelling all my services with u.
