In addition, it took me 3 failed online attempts and 2 hours on the phone with @Bell just to sign up in the first place. My entire call with @TekSavvyBuzz was less than 3 minutes to cancel my service. @TekSavvyBuzz as soon as you put fiber in my neighborhood, I'll be back.

Was with @TekSavvyBuzz since 2013, not once had an issue. With @Bell fibe since Wed and ive been down for 2 hours now. No tech until tomorrow and no knowledge if issue is larger than just my account. @Bell_Support doesn't know how to properly troubleshoot. such a waste of time

I spoke to a manager and was told too bad- nothing they could do and I'd have to go to another company if I wanted use of my phone. That even if the CEO of Rogers was in the North using extended coverage, they'd also have to choose a new provider. Guess I'm going to @Bell 🙌
