    @Bell @Videotron Called Bell to cancel services as we switched to Videotron (same service but for less). After refusing retention offers the agent hanged up on me. Bell would offer better service if agents didn't fear losing their jobs over statistics/retention objectives. 👎👎

    @Bell_Support I’ve spoken to 6 different people today including a manger from the store. And no one is able to help me. This is not how you should treat customers.
