@Bell Hi, we have just had to cancel our TV service because we have moved to a location that has been wired by Rogers. So this message is just to say thank you. We have been a Bell customer for 55 years, since I was born.

  • GordonMajcher Me (@GordonMajcher) reported

@Bell your Internet service sucks. I was on Rogers for 30 yrs. Switched to Bell when I moved to NS. Back to ON and stayed with Bell. Regret it. Your service is terrible. Looking to connect with Rogers now.

  • samvlessing Sam Vlessing (@samvlessing) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Tried moving my line from iPhone 15 to 17 (eSIM) and lost all network. 4 reps told me it’d be fixed “within the hour” over 24 hrs. Now I’m told 7–10 business days without a functioning phone. Completely unacceptable for a primary line. Do better.

  • Explore_Engage Stephanie Baxter (@Explore_Engage) reported

@Rogers not sure what is going on but your service has been terrible lately. Broken signal, garbled audio and scrambled video. @Bell is looking pretty good. #fail #BadService

  • writershealth Writers&MentalHealth (@writershealth) reported

@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk Really disappointing that I cannot see @CraveCanada on my TV. 1 1/2 hours + 3 people later, “Gelo” kept telling me to “just find it…” or “just go to Goo gl e Pl aySt… on the TV”. I kept asking him what he was talking about(!). Oh well. Will likely cancel.

@spacanpanman @thekookreport Finally got my service switched over to @Bell on Friday! Ready for AST SpaceMobile when it comes online next year!

  • fmtriv 🇨🇦fmtriv (aka Francesco)🇮🇹 (@fmtriv) reported

@Bell please fix the constant outage of internet service in Grimsby!

  • ryttrtr Saga (@ryttrtr) reported

@Bell Your sale of bell home security to a.p.i alarm inc. has been a disaster. No one can get through to api's customer or technical support. Can't even get in touch with them to cancel the service.

  • OneillMarykate Marykate O’Neill (@OneillMarykate) reported

@bonniejames72 @Bell Can confirm this is true! I am responding with Starlink at the moment. But there is no cellular service, or internet connection, here in Trepassey at the moment.

  • Rishabhvyas0007 Rishabh Vyas (@Rishabhvyas0007) reported

@Bell @Bell_Canada I’ve spoken to over 20 reps, each promising my issue was “resolved” yet somehow my bill keeps growing by $100 - $180 every month. Are you secretly testing a new “Confusion-as-a-Service” plan? Maybe focus less on ads and more on fixing customer trust.
