Haven't even set up my @Bell_Support Fibe Internet yet and they're already causing me an inordinate amount of problems. I guess things can only go up from here yet?

(tweet 2 of 2 ) I was reloading pages like crazy and was concerned because my plan with @Bell was crap. They had an unlimited data offer for Atlantic Canadians affected by Fiona but wouldn't give it to me because my plan didn't qualify. The hurricane didn't ask about my plan!

@Bell_Support has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No sense of urgent or passion with helping a customer when they work from home. Getting my internet fixed has been almost impossible.

@Bell Yeah well you didn’t keep me connected when I had your services and was working from home. Told you guys that the internet needed to be reliable. I had multiple issues with the service buffering even with only one device in use (ie my iPhone watching YouTube videos). (1/?)

@Bell you guys offer the worst service. My 5g regularly acts like dial up and I've only used 5/25GB of data. I regularly question what I'm paying you for as this isn't it. Is this you breaching contract? What ever it is it proves we need to break robelus up and force compition.
