@Bell not better than Rogers, one of your technicians disconnected my internet while installing for a neighbour. He told me he would fixed it, but disappeared. I called technical support, and it is impossible for them to know who did the installation. How can that be ?

  • pdotdot89 Patrick (@pdotdot89) reported

Switched from @RogersHelps to @Bell this weekend. Not thrilled about joining Bell but I'll never be back to Rogers. For anyone still with Rogers, they offered me $40 off a month for a year not to cancel. Take advantage of that info if you're staying with them.

@Bell_Support is something wrong with your network ??? It has been so slow since yesterday.

  • shaun_holst Shaun (@shaun_holst) reported from Guelph/Eramosa, Ontario

@Bell your cell service outside of the city has been so terrible the last month or so. I work in a small town usually have no issues with Spotify or audible but the last month or 2 so terrible. Even sometimes in city so slow.

@Bell thank you for cutting my internet off without any warning, and telling me you can't fix it for 24hours, even though there's a technician at my place currently installing a service upstairs. If I worked from home this would be a big issue, oh wait I am working at home.
