@Tracytms Yes I've seen this sort of thing before ... I'm starting to believe there maybe more going on internally on a fiscal basis too @bell used to be such a reliable company too .. I really think we need to audit the company and investigate its behavior Maybe some securities issues ?

@Bell_Support - Bell Fibe s-show! 1) original install was buried <1” and five cable damaged 2) CSR told me I was lying when I could physically see broken cable, and I needed a new modem 🤷 3) sub came to bury cable, disconnected but ticket to reconnect is 3+ weeks away

Hey @Bell_Support I have not had any service all day! Phone/text not working......wth is going on? This is the second time in 2 weeks, but this time is by far the worst! At least last time i got a notice there was issues! Should get a credit to my account for this!
