@Bell I’ve had no end of trouble for a telephone service I have arranged for my very elderly mother. Delays, mistakes, problems and technical support agents that can’t deal with it fully, yet will not pass me on to someone who will. Her phone line is now dysfunctional again.

@Bell_Support Bell has RUINED Christmas! Now showing outage until 1pm Dec 26th. 72 hours plus. Is this acceptable? I think not. Bye bye Bell! You won’t get my $3600 a year!!!

(1) I’m not one to blast or complain about companies on social media but after spending almost 2 hours on the phone w/ @Bell tech support I’m beyond angry & frustrated w/them. My parents have been loyal customers for over 40 years w/ Bell & todays service was absolute disgusting.
