@Bell_Support Sorry but I am not dealing with this anymore today. Wasted my afternoon with this. Took 3 chats and 4 calls to get an explanation as to why the tech did not show up. One thing I can say is that if the appt is rescheduled then at the minimum, the customer should be advised.

@Bell i just got a call from someone claiming to represent your company offering a promotion i do not appreciate calls on Sunday. I am a current customer which moron did not know. I may rethink this if Sunday calls are authorized.
