@Bell_Support If you had checked your records prior to this insolent response, you would have seen that I replaced my modem last week as well a service rep was here twice. The problem is NOT at my end, as I've told you repeatedly. Yet, like this response demonstrates, your not listening.

@bell fix ur **** mf god damn

  • burkby Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.

  • SergeCarrefax Stephen Myers (@SergeCarrefax) reported

So @RogersHelps you’ve disconnected your direct line for customer retention, and there’s a 59 minute wait via your standard number. @Bell_Support you got any hot deals you wanna dm me?

  • iSimonSays Simon (@iSimonSays) reported

@Bell_Support Can you tell me why when I was getting help on the phone for my TV that when I got cut off the agent didn’t call back? Taking my number in case this happened was one of the first things he did.

  • burkby Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported

@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Ceejay: Based on the information we received from our field technicians, a garden contractor mistakenly cut the fiber line which resulted in affecting other internet service customers in the area. I'm in M5M

  • Haley_Adri #NEVERBEASAPS (@Haley_Adri) reported

@Bell your app is not working

  • JustinReviews_ JustinReviews (@JustinReviews_) reported

@Bell_Support Bell Technician came to my property today to do something for my next door neighbor - I called Bell several times but no one can verify if this is legitimate!!! They told me to just cut it now?! There's a line running out of my house outside. Can someone help?

  • emmakinsman Emma Kinsman (@emmakinsman) reported

Make this make sense: I’m trying to switch from a family plan to my own plan with @Bell. They are making me pay a $50 transfer fee. From bell to bell? No carrier will make me pay this to get a new account. I’ve been a customer for 12+ years!

  • emmakinsman Emma Kinsman (@emmakinsman) reported

@Bell is now losing all 4 of us rather than retaining a loyal customer (paying more per month by the way!) over $50? I really don’t get that! Terrible way to keep customers.
