    My bill is paid with a credit on it, why has my phone been going in and out of service EVERY SINGLE DAY for the past month? this is in areas where I normally always get normal coverage. Unacceptable. @bell

    @Sailor_Moon_CA @Bell is not nice. They are getting so much money across Canada and the quality is poor. They changed the long-running names of beloved channels like Space and The Comedy Network. Their ADSL is deliberately limited with an internal **** on the box outside. They ripped us off.

    @Bell_Support 1 of your reps said the defective box was located & is just delayed. I’m not sure why a costumer would be charged for a defective box that I tried to have you guys repair & your reps sent me to get a new box...again this is horrible customer service esp. for a loyal customer!

    @Bell_Support too hard for her to figure out your customer service has continually gone down. I do not know why I do business with a company that cares so little for their customers. Now I want to cancel all lines of service. this is a waste of my time.

    Just incase anyone is wondering how @Bell @Bell_Support treats customers look no further after almost 18 years with them they are trying to charge me for a defective box that @PurolatorHelp lost. I just read a tweet about their horrible service yesterday how ironic!
