@cspirito2011 @Bell_Support Apparently you're not supposed to reboot receiver bc it makes problem worse - takes longer to reconnect to bell fibe. My understanding is that this is bc connection to fibe is through your bell my account which is established through wifi / internet connection.

@Bell_Support My fibe TV is not working. There is no picture. There is Jo guide, it just says press enter/ options for guide options. Guide currently not available.

@Bell_Support Still having issues. One TV is working (living room) but the TV in the bedroom is not. I’ve tried everything. On/Off. Unplug/Plug. Reset. And nothing is working on that one.

@Bell @Bell_Support what is going on with your service in Scarborough (M1C)? My elderly parents were left without home phone service for ~2 weeks in April and now have been without Wi-Fi for the last ~2 weeks. This is unacceptable.

@GoBuds66 @Bell_Support Rogers Ignite was terrible. Required multiple phone calls over weeks and it was slow at best. Now Bell Fibe is either too cheap or too dumb to care about reliability
