@Bell Lol bell. Hey guys, your prices don't make sense. I actually laughed at your pricing. It's a joke. TOO EXPENSIVE. Not a bit either... Like double what I'm paying now for the same service. Rip off.

@Bell_Support Thanks DK, I have spoken to 6 customer support people today. I have nothing left in my gas tank for another conversation. I am sure somebody can review the recordings. Your CS people are wonderful, if not useful. I wish I could said that about your case manager.

@Bell Get the scumy **** they did in my area. They just called their regular cable internet Fibe(TM) and charged us all for fibre optic prices I was paying more than $100 for under 5mb a second. One of the worst and greediest companies in Canada.

Took @Bell_Support 2 days to lose a new customer. Putting this out there for anyone who may be interested in switching to them. ‘Share’ Unlimited plans can not be shared with BYOD (tablets, hotspots, etc). You must purchase these devices directly from @Bell.

@Bell The fact that in 2021, living in a town, your wifi STILL struggles (and I mean STRUGGLES) to download a game or app for my Xbox while I watch Netflix. I shouldn't be watching my show 30 seconds at a time anymore. Get your **** together and start providing a better service.

@Bell_Support That's a qualified no. It happens often enough to be a problem. For the most part, federated login service providers have put in the work to fix issues like this. Bell is one that hasn't. "Clear your cookies" is so 1998.

@Bell_Support This crap happens with people who simply don't take their job seriously. I can't believe how many different people missed an issue previously solved over the phone. Just hire people who actually know what they're doing and want to do it.
