Each time I call customer service, I am told the issue will be resolved “tomorrow.” When I asked why Bell has no backup plan, I was told I should prepare one myself.

Mark O'Donnell (@markodonnell21) reported@Bell - How is it that I can literally see your huge sign on the side of the Canadian Tire Center (a result of your major sponsorship aka "Club Bell" in the CTC) from just across the 417 while talking on a Android on the Bell network to someone on an iPhone also on the Bell network with horrible reception and multiple dropped calls. Less than a kilometer from an NHL arena? That Carp Rd / Richardson Side Rd / Terry Fox Rd corridor is awful on the Bell network. It's been months of the same frustration as I am in that area daily.

Dr. Mohamed Echakouri (@echakouri) reported@Bell and bad services from the #Moroccan call centers. I advise all Canadians do not call French lines because you will get the worst service from Moroccan call centers. It will be 100% better to struggle with English than to call in French.
