In 9 years my rural internet has improved…from 7 Mbps down 1 up to 35 Mbps down 5 up. 50 down / 10 up is considered essential in Canada but @bell boasts that their customers get 3 GB down 3 GB up. I live in a subdivision 5 mins north of @TownofPrescott not the middle of the bush

@Bell_Support never trust this company they have the worst customer service ever. Multiple departments and none of them communicate with each other. They also omit customer notes and lie to customers to pinch every last penny out of the little guy, even as a multi billion$ compan

Dear, @Bell - Please do your best to correct your own mistakes on your customer’s bill. Spending time on the phone with your agents is not productive or conducive to a positive day. Even when the customer presents facts, your agents argue them.

@Bell Meanwhile, you still won’t offer anything higher than 50 Mb/s in my neighbourhood (even though the surrounding neighbourhoods all have 1 Gb/s service).

@TheTorontoSun Horrible “Deal”!! 200Gb, that’s not much, I try and tell people over a certain age to just keep their 100 Unlimited! These rates coming? You get a better deal from your cellphone! Once you go over that mark, it will double! It’s @bell

@savomauro @Bell_Support @Bell Worst company I have ever dealt with. If you call them good luck, you will get nothing but incompetence and an inability to help with multiple transfers and describing yourself over and over again

Imagine being on the phone for an hour with a @Bell_Support customer service “supervisor” who is unable to help you because of incompetence and you have to tell them you can’t hear them over the laughing in the background. Ridiculous, you should be ashamed.
