    On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

    @LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

    @Bell_Support Between November and a few weeks ago, they were sending the invoice to an email that was never provided to them, so the invoices were never received to be paid.

    @Bell funny. Working with agent on online chat, then he tells me to reboot modem and receiver, so we lost connection. Never had a call back, no waiting in a queue of 6 people. Ridiculous

    @Bell_Support @Bell_Support This resulted in me having to contact #Bell to reschedule. Issue: They set the account up in the wrong name, so how do you verify your information they bill you for?

    @Bell_Support @Bell_Support, my patience is running low. You caused this problem in November when you opened the account under the wrong name, you consistently put barriers in my way to fix it by refusing to do so, now fix it. Please, thank you, and respectfully.
