They are in fact part of an oligopoly that controls over 90% of the market that colludes with each other and manipulates the CRTC in order to keep competitors out and pay their employees less wages for maximum profit. But they are everywhere and the government seems in no rush to regulate it. Sure they’re trying to get high speed everywhere but that is different than WORKING high speed.

My computers wifi adapter keeps crashing and disconnecting every now and then and my upload speed tanked massively earlier this evening
