@Bell_Support I am trying to get a cell phone plan and no help with the agents. Offered me a good deal on Monday and said would call me back today only to ask for more money and less data. Very disappointed, long term bellmts customer wanted to switch to bell. Make this right!

Dear, @Bell - Please do your best to correct your own mistakes on your customer’s bill. Spending time on the phone with your agents is not productive or conducive to a positive day. Even when the customer presents facts, your agents argue them.

Another day at DipshitInc. Techs who now don't know anything about the programs we were trained to use or the company we 'work' for. Been set to 'tech issues' in Avaya since 11:30am today. Tech support said they'd call me - but my unpublished new landline # rang instead. @Bell

@Bell_Support is so bad at helping the people who keep them open it’s shameful. Multiple years taken off my life dealing with these people. If you ever want to waste an hour or two and talk to 10 different incompetent people give them a shout

@Bell Meanwhile, you still won’t offer anything higher than 50 Mb/s in my neighbourhood (even though the surrounding neighbourhoods all have 1 Gb/s service).

@Bell_Support Hi. Some people have busy lives and don't have the time to spend 20 min hunting down a phone number, since there isn't one on your website.

So, @Bell - Because of this, and because of the high prices us customers already pay, after over 20 years, I am looking for another service provider.

In 9 years my rural internet has improved…from 7 Mbps down 1 up to 35 Mbps down 5 up. 50 down / 10 up is considered essential in Canada but @bell boasts that their customers get 3 GB down 3 GB up. I live in a subdivision 5 mins north of @TownofPrescott not the middle of the bush
