@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell just sent a message please do not call me to see if there was a problem in my area ... or my batteries ... or ... a storm ... you have a problem fix it. I wonder what Mr Bibic would say 🧐-

  • ChewiesPop Michael Elliott (@ChewiesPop) reported

@rogers @bell what’s going on? Both your services for internet and mobile phone have been horrible for the past few days.

  • MistryDharmisha Dharmisha mistry (@MistryDharmisha) reported

@Bell Disappointment with the service. Booked transfer of the service almost 3 weeks before we were moving to a new place. Managed entire schedule of move in day according to the time given by Bell. Technician never showed up on 1st May and upon calling them they had no answer.

  • onyourtoespinto Maverick (@onyourtoespinto) reported

Yo @Bell wth am I paying for?!?! I’m supposed to get 150 UP AND DOWN I’m getting only 7mbps ...so much for fibre this is not as advertised...terrible service !!

@Bell **** Bell, Bad connection, cheering for bad team. All together Bell is the worst Canadian project of all time.

  • FaustoCarvajal Fausto Carvajal (@FaustoCarvajal) reported

@Bell_Support So do I get something back for losing internet for almost 2 days? My wife and I lost 2 days of work, not to mention the aggravation of being locked on the phone with Bell Support for hours. Although not all was bad, kids were happy not to attend online school.

  • SmrtAleks Aleks (@SmrtAleks) reported

@Bell All of the live Echat, phone, technical support is done by people in the Philippines. Canadian company outsourcing jobs and charging an astronomical amount of money for services.

  • thesyc66 🏴Bunkered Down Bear (@thesyc66) reported

@Bell_Support Lmao no. I haven’t been a bell/virgin customer in over a decade (for the reasons above & more) and I absolutely refuse to return

  • MistryDharmisha Dharmisha mistry (@MistryDharmisha) reported

And now today I received mail to return modem before 1st July or they will charge $199. I am really disappointed with th3 service and support by @Bell. They are least concerned about thier customers and has pathetic customer service team. Very rude and not at all helpful.

  • nemmsbouy Inem Inyang (@nemmsbouy) reported

So @Bell_Support how is that a routine request for an appointment to move internet service at a future date can result in a COMPLETE DISRUPTION of internet service immediately thereafter and such as nobody in the technical support team can find me a solution...1
