@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Hugospice @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell The smaller players leverage infrastructure from Tier 1 (Telus / Bell, etc...) at a bulk discount and resell it to you at a markup. Canada's issue is a Tier 1 issue. With the CRTC cosigning it - I'm guessing infrastructure costs are a factor.

@Bell Last year when COVID hit, you told us we’re all in this together. You took government wage subsidy funds meant to help struggling small businesses during COVID, you instead increased Shareholder payouts and paid that money out to your shareholders. Pay. It. Back.

@TiniZnayesh @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Good point. I am an ardent supporter for competition and cheaper options. I know the original investors should gain ROI but it seems that we are making circles and the consumer telecommunications issues are not addressed. Then bigger players are allowed to buy a small player

Connection issues at home. @Bell has come twice and we still have issues. To change out our old router, they say it is $200. Apparently it's free for new customers, but long term, high paying customers do not qualify. Well now.. looks like you're losing us. #DoBetter #service
