    @bellcanadalies Worst customer service ever!! Three days trying to cancel my line and it still isnt done. She told me she will have a manager call me ( my request) between now and monday.. Mind is blown. I bet if I was calling to add a line it would have been dealt with . @bell

    @wiredwoman @Bell_Support Every time I suggest there is a problem with the lines, Bell support tells me they are fine. So calling in does no good and is exhausting.

    @Garossino Agreed. Yet part of the problem with what was done to Lisa (& others @CTV/@bell) is that anyone who benefits from that treatment is tacitly enabling it. What do you do in Omar's place? Say "no, what you're doing is crappy & I won't be part of it."? He does have a voice in this.

Remove Michael! 😡

    Today my father terminated his @Bell home phone line. Waiting 9 months for a temporary cable to be buried was just long enough don't you think. Multiple tech visits saying this needs to get buried then not getting buried by contractors. 40+ year customer relationship gone!

    @Bell My 90 year old grandparents are going on day 3 of NO phone. They had an appointment yesterday to get it fixed.. no one showed up. They had a make up appointment today.. no one showed up. NOW they are saying TOMORROW.... what if they need 911!?! They have NO WAY to get help!
