@bellcanadalies Worst customer service ever!! Three days trying to cancel my line and it still isnt done. She told me she will have a manager call me ( my request) between now and monday.. Mind is blown. I bet if I was calling to add a line it would have been dealt with . @bell

Needing it and being told that we can’t have it? Problem. Short-sighted vendors and ISPs shouldn’t be dictating what we need.
