    @bellcanadalies Worst customer service ever!! Three days trying to cancel my line and it still isnt done. She told me she will have a manager call me ( my request) between now and monday.. Mind is blown. I bet if I was calling to add a line it would have been dealt with . @bell

    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

    @stunlokked @Bell Wait for a scamming (you know the demographic) door to door salesman. He will tell you about a new customer promo. You tell him you already have service. He tells you to pretend you're moving out of the country and close the acct. Sign up with another member of the house.

    Who is overseeing @Bell_Support @Bell service. I keep loosing service several times a year which is due to shortage of number of terminals over the pole in the neighbourhood and every time a new customer signs up technician remove previous customer and connects a new one
