Started playing #TheCrew2 and I was LOVING it until my internet routinely went down, 'cause I'm stuck with @Bell, whose internet servers haven't been updated since 1998. Anyway, the game locked me out until I regained internet. WTF, @IVORYTOWERoffic, Why do I HAVE to be online?!?

@Bell came home to no internet. Your tech support says it’s a planned outage for 48 hours in Toronto. This is unacceptable. 2 business days? No notification!? In 2022? Unacceptable

@bell @Bell_Support your customer service is atrocious. This is now the 2nd time a case manager has failed to contact me back regarding an update, on the scheduled date. Different case manager each time. Do you really give no crap about your customer’s inquiries or concern?

@Bell_Support it’s unacceptable to have an outage like this with a fix for 12pm tomorrow. I work remotely and this has a huge effect. Compensation is cool, but I had to cancel a lot of meetings today. Are there future preventative measures for stuff like this?
