just learned thru @Bell_Support that multi-billion dollar corporation @Bell has ZERO contingency plan or backup or failsafe if their main servers or connection for their internet/cable go offline. like I'm talking zero backup lol like they never even thought of if that happens 🤯

@Bell_Support Please push out an outage map and update restoration times for internet outage in Mississauga! Impossible to plan without it. Hydro texts me when my hydro is out. This should be easy. L5H
