.@Bell internet/tv & @Netflix_CA worked for yrs. Netflix broke & said it was an internet problem. Bell explained Netflix made their app stop working with our box. We can pay Bell more to get a new box that works. This is insane! Neither company will help or take responsibility.

@Bell Oct 3rd. I wait and call Oct 4th. They say it’s now Oct 29th! We work from home, internet and Tv is continually freezing, video chats for work don’t work! How can it almost 2 months to fix?! And no guarantees it will be - bell will not provide anything in writing

@Bell ...I could go on with more examples, and personal experiences, but suffice to say that I'm writing this to declare that Canadians should no longer support Bell as a supplier of telecom services. Instead, hitch your wagon to Rogers. OF COURSE Rogers is FAR from perfect...

@Bell ...Ted Rogers was gruff and savvy and could eventually turn **** into Shinola. That culture continues today, long after Ted's passing. It is the exact opposite of Bell's bureaucracy. Rogers is far from perfect, they have pissed off a lot of people, including their customers...

@Bell ...an example was when it bought ExpressVU the Direct to Home satellite TV pioneer in Canada. I knew their executives. Being acquired by Bell solved their money problems, but ultimately destroyed their culture AND the company, the remnants of which barely exist within Bell now ..
