@Bell_Support EXTREMELEY disappointed with bell’s phone customer service. Unhelpful, robotic and abrasive. On top of a $300 monthly bill. This is not feasible going forward.

My father (85) is moving and having the worst service from @RogersHelps @Rogers started at 10:14 am now at 1:54 pm. Will not install without fee. Just to drop off ignite gear which he doesn't want is $39. 4 hours online chat! #terribleservice @Bell

Hey @Bell_Support , my mom hasn't had home phone or TV service since Saturday afternoon. How long will the outage in Oshawa be continuing? She has health problems and relies a *lot* on a stable phone connection, so this is more then just an annoyance to us.

@Bell has the worst customer service in the country bar none. I'm currently on hold, which I was told would be for 5 minutes, for over an hour and no one has come back on the line to even update me.
