I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening.
