    @Bell_Support Ottawa outage? By the way, you offered to let me choose music on hold. Even better, allow us to choose silence. Also, “we appreciate your patience every minute” is the worst.

    Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

    @Bell_Support my account # is 242889436 and I have been having connection issues for multiple days now where the download speed is mostly below 10, your test says it is 50, not true.

    @Bell_Support I’m in Stonebridge (Barrhaven) Ottawa...... Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad ....so it’s not normal or fixed....

    You know what I miss? UK phone plans. Cheap and reliable. Trying to set one up with @Bell_Support is actually laughable. The way they treat their “preferred customers” is appalling.

    @kevinodotnet @Bell The capitalization might be in CSS...to show like that they must have double escaped it. Probably both are errors in rendering rather than in the db. It’s a matter of testing and caring.

    @ErinDurant42 yup ... and @Bell ****** up my internet, took me 2 hours to figure out how to tether my phone to my computer and tablet, by which time my phone was down to 15%, when I finally got through to them by phone THEY CUT ME OFF

    Can anyone recommend a TV and Internet service other than Bell or Rogers? My Bell line was severed by a contractor over 9 weeks ago and Bell has still not fixed it (temporary fix) and I have only 60% capacity. Thanks! @Bell_Support

    My beef with @Bell_Support .. I lost internet and TV this past Thursday I called for support was told that my area is being upgraded to Fibre and that copper was being phased out and that they can't send a tech to me unless I upgrade.

    Why is it that when @bell screws up it's the customer who has to do the work to fix it? Do they offer any compensation for the hassle and extra work? Of course not.
