@Bell_Support #BellInternet issues today well we had the outage here #KanataNorth #Ottawa but some where someone did something as now our service is back 😷I had to restart my Bell modem mind you .

@Bell_Support I’m in Stonebridge (Barrhaven) Ottawa...... Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad ....so it’s not normal or fixed....

@kevinodotnet @Bell The capitalization might be in CSS...to show like that they must have double escaped it. Probably both are errors in rendering rather than in the db. It’s a matter of testing and caring.

@ErinDurant42 yup ... and @Bell ****** up my internet, took me 2 hours to figure out how to tether my phone to my computer and tablet, by which time my phone was down to 15%, when I finally got through to them by phone THEY CUT ME OFF

You know what I miss? UK phone plans. Cheap and reliable. Trying to set one up with @Bell_Support is actually laughable. The way they treat their “preferred customers” is appalling.

Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

@Bell ok this is robbery. In Ancaster we pay for cell service but get ZERO cell service. I can’t make a call in my home yet can SEE the cell tower From my home. This affects my work life too as I’m constantly dropping calls. This is NOT OK. It’s essentially stealing. DO BETTER!!

@Bell_Support wireless internet is again out in the Pelham area. Over the last three months. There have been literally almost a month of outages. This is simply unacceptable. Will service be restored shortly or will it be another week, like last time?
