    @Bell was on call with customer service and while I was on hold so analyst can pull up my records. She just hung up on my exactly 9PM! I understand we value our business hours but you can't just drop customers calls half way through! Truly pathetic service! #BellSupport #Bell

    @RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND Iโ€™m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my โ€˜net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

    Itโ€™s now been an hour dealing with @Bell_Support. Iโ€™ve spoken to one agent then transferred to โ€œlevel 2โ€ only to explain my issue again and be told Iโ€™ll need to speak to a different โ€œlevel 2โ€ rep. Been on hold for 36 minutes. Oh and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours.

    Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION heโ€™s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

    @Rogers @RogersHelps I would like to switch to Rogerโ€™s from @Bell Their internet service has been dropping every second and because tests show up as itโ€™s working, they refuse to send a technician. Iโ€™m done with them.

    @Bell Thanks for responding. Please stop the calls warning I'll lose service if I don't connect within 30 days. The delay isn't on my end. @Bell hasn't completed the installation. How can I connect to a service that hasn't been delivered? Connect to what, exactly?

    @Bell_Support As low as my expectations were going into it, it still baffled me at how bad it was at assisting. It would not register my requests, suggests completely different solutions as to what was needed or tried to get me to upgrade my plan.
