I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didn’t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.

Speed test now shows 2Mbps down & 0.6Mbps up. Massive failure! Why am I paying $100/mth for 2Mbps & another $100 for no TV? Support unable to fix. HELP!
