@rastasack @Bell Depending upon where you are in the house, we have no cell service. That is why we still -theoretically- have a land line. But it is constantly in need of repair.

@KarenCookPhotos I doubt it. I've complained so much about their lack of service, @Bell has likely blocked me by now. Lol But c'mon! Nine days is ridiculous. And it's not the longest we've waited for repairs.

Apparently @Fidomobile doesn’t want to have customers anymore. Just spoke with their rep, who informed me that they will compensate me for 1 day of outage, i.e. $2.50(for each line I own). I’m switching all my lines to @Bell #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@cafreeland @cafreeland After Rogers outage I called @Bell to get rates to have backup internet Their single rates were $50 for 5GB data!!!! What r u doing to us? I paid 10 euros a month for unlimited data in italy & 19 pound in UK Telecom profit margin is criminal in Canada

@Bell @Bell_Support where do I escalate a rude customer service rep? You dont have an email or customer feedback portal. Rep declined to open a ticket and was rude. I was kept on line for 1 hour 4 minutes. Refused to give employee ID. All i got was name - joy .

@Bell I said if I have to call again to resolve a billing issue, I'm billing bell for my time. I shouldn't have to call 5 times and be lied too saying the issue has been resolved.

@Bell_Support your service is absolutely the worst. Maybe have your field managers that call customers learn not to be so ignorant and hang up on people. Especially some ******* sitting at a desk - not on-site who doesn’t know wtf he’s talking about. Do better

@Bell_Support my cell phone refuses to send text messages and I never have more than 1 bar of service lately. I live in Keswick, Ontario and I know I am not the only person with this issue. What's up?
