    I’m currently in a small town in NW Ont, and I have no cell service or data because of a monopoly that Roger’s has in this area. I’m with @Bell I can get service 60 KM in the next town. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get some service, or am stuck on WIFI only?

    Our Fibe tv is working but the landline and internet - nothing. Anyone know if Bell is down? We’ve reset the modem already and all we’re getting is an error and direction to go to some site and enter a password for the modem that we don’t have and we’re never given. @Bell_Support

    @Bell @Bell_Support I’ve been trying to return a new device and cancel a newly added line for nearly 4 weeks now via phone, chat and whatnot, even had a callback for this past Saturday and wasn’t called to get it done, can someone please help?

    @Bell_Support if you genuinely want to help have someone look into my BBB complaint. And this time actually fix the issue as to why I'm still receiving bills 3 months after I've transferred my lines. Cancel my account so you stop billing me. Fraudsters. @annedrewa @PatForanCTVNews

    @Bell again with the tech issues. Upgrade devices only to work at slower speed. And hang up on me after 1.5 hours on the phone??!!! Is the service ever efficient? Time to file complaint with the CCTS I think.

    The good news: Amazon will deliver my new ESR case and @SpigenWorld screen protector for my new iPhone today. The bad news: @Bell still hasn’t shipped my #iPhone14Pro yet but I’m hopeful it will be on the way soon. #ICanDream #Apple

    I called Eastlink afterall and they came right away. Unfortunately, he was scared to cut his lines into our house until Bell removes theirs along the street as he thought it might be enough for the pole to come down and take out the @bell phone lines for the street.
