  I’m currently in a small town in NW Ont, and I have no cell service or data because of a monopoly that Roger’s has in this area. I’m with @Bell I can get service 60 KM in the next town. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get some service, or am stuck on WIFI only?

  Called Bell again and they say they’ll “escalate it” and “maybe” have it fixed later today. No guarantee, no urgency. Their casual response while our patients wait is incredibly frustrating. This keeps happening. When your internet provider disrupts a medical clinic, it directly harms real people who need care today.   @Bell Bell canada has the worst customer service. They just called me to put me on hold. Actively looking for a different provider. Just terrible service and product!
