I’m currently in a small town in NW Ont, and I have no cell service or data because of a monopoly that Roger’s has in this area. I’m with @Bell I can get service 60 KM in the next town. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get some service, or am stuck on WIFI only?

@TonyLeaToronto @Bell With Acanac I get the speed I pay for ALL THROUGH THE HOUSE at almost half the price of Bell offering. Or you could let Bell con you into thinking the issue must be with your house or system. I had a friend with Rogers paying for 150 MBPS and getting 30 out of the router! Sh*t

@TonyLeaToronto @Bell Yes! Pay half the cost/get faster speeds. Got sick and tired of trying to troubleshoot what's wrong with the crap they installed. They act surprised when you call. "How usual". Not unusual which is why their asking for more $$ to try and fix. Eero mesh 1st time I had fast speeds.

Hey @NintendoCanada can you have your customer service agents open a school teaching good customer service and invite @Bell_Support to send their phone based agents? They desperately need the education!
