    I’m currently in a small town in NW Ont, and I have no cell service or data because of a monopoly that Roger’s has in this area. I’m with @Bell I can get service 60 KM in the next town. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get some service, or am stuck on WIFI only?

    @Bell_Support Can you tell your agents that when they call a customer and they disconnect suddenly, it's important to call the customer again? It's.. kind of basic stuff? Thank you.

    @Bell_Support I already know what’s avaiable and it’s been a year and still no upgrades. You offer a garbage 50mbps ADSL connection. I want you to upgrade the building. All others around us have fibe.

  • EilyMartin Eily Martin (@EilyMartin) reported

    @Bell_Support There is no use as there is nothing YOU can do as the provider is the one who has to contact you to have the line fixed. And you can only issue service calls to an account directly under Bell. There is a reason we left bell for another provider…

  • RedMama16 Red_Mama (@RedMama16) reported

    @Bell_Support there is major internet/wifi issues in the Ottawa area. Many people are reporting it. I pay for your fastest Fibe internet and you don’t even meet the speeds you indicate we would get for download and uploads. It’s been weeks of days with crappy internet. Fix it.

    @justfornow2022 @Bell What a terrible thing to have happened to you. I'm so sorry. Glad your union kept fighting for you.

  • GenaHL 🌟Gena🌟 (@GenaHL) reported

    They say they have no idea when the issue will be fixed. No idea. They aren't able to call with updates. They don't care my Dad has to miss work, miss income. No care. @Bell_Support

  • cfelstiner Caroline Felstiner (@cfelstiner) reported

    @Bell So after a DM with @Bell_Support they confirmed that the best deal would have me keeping a service (home phone) I have not used in three years. Otherwise, I would pay more to get less. I guess it's time to shop around. Suggestions for internet and television in Toronto?

  • BillClarke11 ***** Chalk One Up For the Good Guys (@BillClarke11) reported

    @Bell_Support trying to get a win-back rate plan offer honored, but your CS and escalation staff refuse to apply the plan after we had to actually chase the phones down ourselves, because the devices we bought through direct sales didn't actually exist. Great way to win us back

  • smARTwaydesign smARTway design (@smARTwaydesign) reported

    @Bell_Support No, your invitation doesn't work...We tried.
