If the Feds want to make good internet feasible to all Canadians a good start would be to force @Bell to fix their goddamn lines. Its been in and out for weeks. They came yesterday and FIXED it. 2hrs later no internet. Started working last night. Out again this morning

I really hate @Rogers tech support. No response from their online chat for over 30 minutes, but they close the chat because I’m not sat there watching my phone constantly for them coming online. I guess next time @Bell calls I’ll take it.

@Bell_Support Hello I have been facing issues with the internet since last 5 hours and got on a call with tech support and call was disconnected. It's giving me error 2000, which is unable to connect to bell servers. I have been trying to reach tech team but hitting dead end.

@hockeyparent201 @Bell That’s why we left Bell. If I called to make payment arrangements, I spoke to an outsourced aggressive collection centre. One and only reason I left! TV is better than Eastlink’s but as far as customer service, well, there is none! Only when they want your business 😒😒😒
