The only option seems to be more training? 😳 So, if the onus is on you, not the client OR your associates.. You ignore&hope the issue goes away?

I missed the game so much that I watch some old games on my phone. Always wanted a canadiens jersey but never could afford it. It would mean the world to win !

How many folks have given up the "fight" with bell and just paid the extra charges because it wasn't worth the hassle? Who can I speak to about THAT? Treat people, including, but not limited to, your staff, better.

Tweeting this as evidently your associates "cannot assist" me further.

Promos expired yesterday and current promos are not even close to what I was getting the last two years. Why are you not able to renew or reinstate promos that are expired?

If you're looking for a place to start in treating both your staff and clients better, there's one.
