Picked up a cell phone from @bell @Bell_Support for my daughter 2 years ago, her mother continued to make the payments after our separation. She gets a new phone and then began the now impossible task of shutting the account down. I'm seriously looking for another cell company

Well, @Bell, your lousy service, high prices, and non-existent support have forced me to cancel your service. And what do I find? You have absolutely no provision for cancelling service.

@Bell_Support Hi need tech support. One of my boxes is not working, have unplugged and rebooted, there is no connection to the box and no lights are on the box. I think it’s fried and need a new one. All other tv boxes in the house are working fine.

@Bell_Support Unbelievably incompetent level of support. Was on the phone for over 40 minutes, transfered 6 times because half of the staff I talked to could not understand a simple request, even though I repeated it multiple times. Outsourcing your support is damaging. Hopeless.
