I've had bell for 2 years next month! To each and their own though. Customer service is tough because its who you get that day.. for any company

    @Bell_Support We had outage of phone, TV & internet since last night at 9 with occasional connection in morning. Nobody answers the phone & live chat not possible since no internet connection! Your customer support is terrible! Should have separate line for complete outage cases!

    @Bell_Support @netflix I have Bell Sat TV & for some reason the subtitles don't work on some episodes of Narcos Mexico. Eg. season 2 episode 9 I have to watch on computer to see subtitles. Please fix

    Wish we could all do business like @Bell. Just continue to bill customers for months even after they've canceled. It's a great business model. 0 resolution from the "customer service", who we continue to call every month. THANKS @Bell !!!
