@koodo Hello, I’m a @Bell customer, however, if they don’t do the right thing I’m all ears for a new service provider.

@RogersHelps Intermittent service is worse than no service and more frustrating. Why is your service so abysmal over the last few months? Someone or something has to change. I need to trust my service for internet and I don’t now. @Bell Fibe is coming to my house 🥹 What day 🤔?

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Had this happen to me a few months ago bro bought a new modem and everything. Literally the problem was they didn’t provision my modem correctly. Call them and ask them to reprovision it.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell How long does it take to restart ? A new router won’t fix it if it’s an default setting needing to be changed , and if it’s not that it could be cables being damaged or even overheating if you have objects around it but I don’t think it’ll be that

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Get your own modem. I had the same issue - they replaced the modem multiple times. I ended up getting my own high performance modem and it worked fine.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell So with bell if you call in and ask for a white glove tech to come out and look they will send out that’s been there for years and great at problem solving this type of thing.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell something i’ve learned when it comes to internet companies, don’t **** with their own modems and routers, always get external routers and modems and connect those, they overcharge for those modems and routers and most of the time they don’t work well, maybe try a separate modem?

@FF_MuTeX @Bell You mentioned a modem not a router...bell only has modem/router combos. You either have the h2k, h3k or h4k. If you have fiber the power cycle isn't the issue. You may have a device in the house causing the problem as well. Try using only one or 2 devices at the time

@Bell Your internet service on Mink Lake Ontario is unacceptable. Your techs have been out here several times without any resolution. The problem is not with any one residence but the lines coming out here. Please do something about it.

@FF_MuTeX @Bell Hbb did he replace the fiber cable going from the wall to the modem? That cable has fiberglass in it so if you accidentally step on it, vacuum over it, etc, you can damage the cable that way and it will cause an issue with connectivity. Also if you're hardwired into a router...
