@IanVanderkley @Bell_Support Yup down in sh. Park. Somebody on their end fd up the satellites. Signal is high but shows wrong sat on the point dish screen. Set up a new dish yesterday, watched for 20 minutes then blank. Thought I was going crazy

@Bell_Support This is ridiculous, we pay way too much money for this service to be given little to no information nor notification (email or text) that there has been a HUGE interruption. How long is this going to take? Any timeline on full restoration of serivces? Will we be credited?

@Bell_Support I’m a Bell customer but no matter what I do can’t access online - all kinds of stuff about disabling this and that and it still doesn’t work. Both Netflix and Amazon are a breeze to connect so why all the problems with Bell?
