@Bell_Support To anyone who cares, hopefully someone at @CBCOttawa , there continues to be no calling ability in downtown Ottawa for some Bell users since Monday. Company has made no progress in resolving. Even emergency services cannot be reached by affected users.

  • chucklz86 Peter (@chucklz86) reported

@Bell_Support it's been a week since in had anything close to stable service. Your call centre is useless as you have given no consideration to your rural customers. The agent last week literally laughed at my issue and was extremely aggressive. It's time for @Xplornet I think

  • TaintedVampyre Krys (@TaintedVampyre) reported

I still don't understand how my @Bell service was affected by the @TELUS outage in #NorthwesternBC #ELI5

  • TrickRude Slick Rude (@TrickRude) reported

@Bell_Support @jpreseme Seems pretty standard of explanation, no? Why the canned answer. **** do people hate that.

  • SJeror Scott Jeror, aka Coach (@SJeror) reported

@sanford17 YES ... It's been CRAP all day @Bell_Support - Can't log into my Bell mail, MyBell or other.

  • tonyabeatson Tonya ღ (@tonyabeatson) reported

@Bell_Support is your Wi-Fi down? We haven’t been getting any internet for about an hour now. I had to sign my kids out of school bc the internet isn’t working. Tried rebooting my modem and still nothing.

  • lensfra Lensfra In (@lensfra) reported

@Bell Horrible service which I ever expected from such big company.

  • AsparagusGarden wijisixstar (@AsparagusGarden) reported

@Bell Bell has been throttling for years! They are the worst

  • wpgladyk kt (@wpgladyk) reported

For how much we pay for our monthly phone bill, you'd think we'd get more than h+ service in almost every area inside and outside of the city 🙄 is there anything we can do to avoid this from continuing? I understand rural areas, but downtown wpg too? @Bell @Bell_MTSHelps

  • loud_femmebot leeana (@loud_femmebot) reported

@RogersHelps @Bell_Support, can you hook me up with your service today? @RogersHelps is no help at all, you guys should remove ‘helps’ from your name
