@Bell_Support Howdy. I’ve had my new iPhone 13 for about six weeks on this. We 5G network in Winnipeg. I find though that it sometimes has problems connecting to 5G, but won’t go back to LTE, it goes straight to 3G. My old iphone never did this. Any ideas?

@Bell_Support trying to renew a contract & get a new phone, but my shipping address is different than my billing address. I need the phone sent to a different shipping address. 3 customer service reps have repeatedly told me they can’t help me. Does Bell even want my business?

  • 33Dano dan sulipa (@33Dano) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

@Bell_Support @Bell_MTS Bell MTS slogan “@bellmts” should be “your day just got worse.” Twice now we’ve had appointments for an internet upgrade and both times they failed to show up. No explanations given. 5 phone calls, many emails, tweets & 2 wasted days, & still not resolved. Customer service = zero

  • michaelnewman_ Newman (@michaelnewman_) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba

Trying to get in contact with literally anyone at @Bell makes me want to switch service providers so badly this is so useless

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • notthebees87 Ben Belshaw (@notthebees87) reported

Yes, @Telus and @Rogers indulge in the same sort of shitty corporate behaviour @bell does, partly because consumers and the toothless CRTC tolerate it. But that's also the most powerful tool we the consumers have to signal to corporations that we demand better ethically. (/3)

  • JackCanuck Jackie Hartfiel (@JackCanuck) reported

Just cancelled my @TSN_Sports on my Shaw package. @bell doesn’t deserve the support of any Vancouver sports fan. #team1040

  • spicysushie bāo (@spicysushie) reported

literally your internet is absolute garbage right now and your customer service sucks what ******** @Bell_Support

  • KayleLeonard77 Will Fight Puljujarvi Detractors (@KayleLeonard77) reported

@Isuckatpicking @Bell Capitalist rules only count when you’re the big guy raking record profits. If you’re the struggling big guy you get to ask for handouts and the little guy shuts down

  • MrKush604 𝐋𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐉𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐲 ✌️ (@MrKush604) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

@ChefSperlz Tell everyone you know that pays or supports anything @Bell to cancel it. And hopefully some of the guys from TSN1040 will get picked up over at Sportsnet650.

  • Brick_Blocks BrickBlocks 🇨🇦 (@Brick_Blocks) reported

@Bell_Business @Bell @IDC Now you guys dropped a whole station. Holy Christ you guys are an absolute garbage company. I’m actually stunned at how horrible you all are. Never forget the $100m bailout you got. #BellLetsTalk #BELLLETSCUT

  • JamesReichhelt James Reichhelt (@JamesReichhelt) reported

@ZabbyYT @Rogers @Bell The government is the problem *cue techno music*

  • QuinnMellCobb Quinn Mell-Cobb (@QuinnMellCobb) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@Bell @Bell_Support I’d like to cancel my mobile contract with immediate effect. Thankfully that’s the only money I give you losers

  • jtwong27 J (@jtwong27) reported

maybe all sports fans who subscribe to @Bell services in cities affected by bell canada cuts @tsn1040 should cancel their services and jump to a competitor :).

  • notthebees87 Ben Belshaw (@notthebees87) reported

So even if it'll balance out eventually, consider tearing up your @bell cellular contract, switching your internet and tv. Because the only way the cycle of bad corporate behaviour at the expense of people changes is if a shot is fired across the bow when it occurs. (/4)
