@jodyvance @Bell_Support You dragged Bell into this and you are not their customer? Duh, you call your credit card company and deal with it.

@Bell_Support Hi, Is there anyone I can speak to about being hung up on 3 times and told I was going to get a call back and nothing? I wanted to take advantage of deals bell offered but never came to.

.@bell_support FAIL. I do not have a bell mobility account yet received an alert that $500 has been charged to my credit card today. After 45 minutes on hold and being transferred five times nothing solved/resolved. Horrible customer service. ZERO interest in helping stop fraud

@jodyvance @Bell_Support Ok but isn’t it up to your credit card to fix it? I wouldn’t call Bell, I would call my bank’s credit card line & let them do the rest.

@jodyvance @Bell_Support Jody, are you sure you actually called Bell Support? Sounds like something a fake (scam) alert might say to get you to call THEIR scam call center.

@jodyvance @Bell_Support As a former employee of Bell it’s not easy from the customer service side to assist with this type of issue. We can trace what acct the charge was applied to but can’t do much due to privacy concerns on that acct. We just advice the caller….
