Too anyone using @Bell DO NOT use self service online. I did and my bills were not combined and now I'm behind. I did not know I has to call and confirm the self service task of getting one bill. Thanks @Bell your "senior" agent I was escalated to was rude. No help, just shamed.

Hey @bell, after 6 + hours on the phone, over 2 days, getting transferred >10 times, I still don't have any resolution to internet service not working at our office for over a week? Tech was scheduled for today - they no showed - no solve yet during 3hrs on phone support. WTF?
