    @Bell_Support the worst customer service experience of my life !! 4 different agents confirmed I would be receiving my 2nd receiver today , only to be told today by a 5th agent that the other 4 lied and it’s scheduled for June 18? How is this acceptable ??

    @Bell_Support why is there no outage map/list of active outages on your website? And the “Check your network status” link in the Bell account page just opens the troubleshooting steps… telling me to turn it off and on again is not telling me my network status.. fyi

    @PonHome @Bell_Support I'm still waiting too. I can't work and my kids can't do their schooling. 2 days now. Pathetic it takes so long to fix. Absolutely terrible service but at least they are nice on the phone.😒
