Trying to help my sister get internet for her house but @Bell_Support is requiring she apply for a third party credit check despite her being a loyal bell customer for years. Why does she have to get a credit check for internet when she's already been paying you for years?

@Bell Not to mention Bell will sucker customers in via their 1.5 GB service saying how wonderful it is for Wi-Fi, but Customers will NEVER see 1.5 GB on Wi-Fi, and they definitely won't have a big advantage using the Hub 3000... 1/2

@DebLaceKelly @Bell Never experienced anything like you describe. Uptime is near 100%. Worst I had was at beginning of covid due to non use, required a reboot/reinitialization of our line from their end, not just a router restart. That was frustrating as how would I have known.

@Bell_Support 10year cleint with Bell purchased all my devices with them, stayed loyal even when other companies offered better deals. Now that I lost my iPhone 13 with insurance after just owning it for 3 weeks. The customer service has just slapped me in the face.
