Tim Olynik (@TimOlynik) reported from Okotoks, Alberta@Bell_Support I’m beyond angry and frustrated. Someone in loyalty told me a discount had been applied to my bill. It hasn’t. Now everyone I call says it’s not my problem. Who can I speak to at Bell who actually cares customers?? So far I’ve been treated horribly.

KookieLuvver (@KLuvver) reported@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is worse. My visa expired and tried to update. On hold for over 3h. I called to “add” to my package and that’s how I got through. They told me of some offers and I would think about them. Ten mins later, I get emailed details of my new contract! I never confirmed!

Terry (@TerryVoice22) reported@Bell_Support A technician came and solved the problem. Your overseas tech departments are useless! Bring these jobs back to Canada !
-
Carrie Ryan (@604cr902) reported@CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.
-
ScottInTheOtt (@ScottSoBad13) reported@merry123459 Unfortunately @Bell is just as bad, if not worse
-
Bobby (@Zubes22) reported@Bell the absolute worst. They’ve admitted they’re wrong for months but still have charges on our bill that are unjustified. They have now cut our cell service while we wait “for the next billing cycle for changes to take effect”. I’ve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!
-
Mags (@Mags00021130) reported@Bell customer service sucks. Their customer service on the phone dont even keep track of service requests. Like how is it?
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

dublinmary☘️🍁 (@ConwayCleo) reported@Bell : despite my best efforts, I am not receiving Sympatico emails from my Condo Property Manager. I am on the *** and it is crucial I receive docs/info. This is a new prob ~ past three weeks. I have dealt w/Bell Help to no success. Also ChatGPT and Geek Squad. What gives?

MarkyG (@leos_lover_2000) reportedIs internet down in M6K 0A5 area of Toronto? @Bell_Support

Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.
