@Bell_Support I’m beyond angry and frustrated. Someone in loyalty told me a discount had been applied to my bill. It hasn’t. Now everyone I call says it’s not my problem. Who can I speak to at Bell who actually cares customers?? So far I’ve been treated horribly.

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I have been with@TekSavvyBuzz for 6 years, with the latest changes and lack of good customer retention you are no longer competitive. I am leaving my 2 cents here: offer your existing customers incentives for instance modems which everybody else is doing for the same/less price.

Started the process to port my number and cancel my @Bell mobility account. Small gesture that won’t affect them but it makes me feel better.
