@Bell_Support I’m beyond angry and frustrated. Someone in loyalty told me a discount had been applied to my bill. It hasn’t. Now everyone I call says it’s not my problem. Who can I speak to at Bell who actually cares customers?? So far I’ve been treated horribly.

Can anybody at @Bell help when @Bell_Support can't help me. A terrible Fibe installer from Bell ruined the whole installation, and Support is more than a week from resolution? All landlines cut, fiber all over my backyard, and slow internet. HELP PLEASE!!!

@Matthew2002_ @Bell_Support The cable/fibre is owned by either Bell or Rogers. All these third parties run over their network. So on Bell CIKTEL can't provide more than what Bell offers i.e. 50 MBPS. And why not go with Rogers I'd use their network anyways.

Very weird interaction with @Bell_Support last night. They send me their latest fibre modem to install which was not receiving a signal. I called and was told that there was an outage in my area that could last 24-48 hours.

@Bell 2. Finally it’s not that easy, we called the sales, telling her we plugged in but still couldn’t get internet connection. She told us to call service hotline. We did so, but service hotline said they didn’t provide installation for us, because when we ordered the modem

@Bell_Support the Fibe TV app is terrific yet consistent bug to fix… if I record a show and choose a later stop time the app won’t play through that extended time. It shuts off at the scheduled end of that show. Only the pvr will play the proper extended time. Thanks.

@Bell preventing me from working today. Stream is canceled. Internet and Modem Provisioning issues that they swear they can't do over the phone. @Bell any reason why I have to have techs keep coming out? Not to mention I need to set aside my literal entire day. Very inconvenient
