Spent a half-hour on the line with @Bell because I got a letter stating that with #Fibe I should return a modem. Only problem. I don't have Fibe and I never had a modem from Bell. This is their third screw up in less than a month and yet another half hour I will never get back!

  • jane22pires 3Mile (@jane22pires) reported

@Bell I just spent 2 hours of my life on the phone with a bell specialist in the Philippines about continuing errors on my bill only to be told that Bell has raised my monthly bill by 11%. I hate Bell. Changing companies currently. Bell is a joke. Add on charges monthly.

@Bell Don’t worry your terrible customer service will give that sense of frustration… used your service once and it took 7 calls to get the modem. 3x lost orders

  • HeloKity79 Jenn K (@HeloKity79) reported

@ethanleppsucks @Bell Bell doesn't throttle websites. Been a customer for a long long time (even with DSL). Wi-Fi is unreliable in your case, use ethernet.
