@Bell VERY disappointed with customer service, or lack thereof. Placed an online order a week ago and has been sat in warehouse since early Monday morning, now Thursday afternoon and still no movement! Not delivered in 3-5 days as stated online!! When called no help!

@Bell_Support I was told to keep rebooting my modem every few hours and to call back in 24 hrs if still not fixed.. I'm just wondering if we know what the problem is other than "bad weather"

@Bell_Support @Bell It’s crazy that bell can do this to this to it customers, and we gotta deal with the issues of it right ? But owe them a penny and they gonna be on you for it. The shut is down through the pandemic and recharged us a huge fee to reconnect. Customer care don’t exist.

@mark_richer @Bell Rogers is the only alternative and they are worse not to mention they block half the controls for your network or lock it behind a stupid phone app and treat you like a baby

@Bell_Support In the south Calgary, AB area.. I have 2 phones on Bell and have very slow service right now. My Android says H+ network, and iPhone says 3G. Possible outage?

@Bell_Support Howdy. I’ve had my new iPhone 13 for about six weeks on this. We 5G network in Winnipeg. I find though that it sometimes has problems connecting to 5G, but won’t go back to LTE, it goes straight to 3G. My old iphone never did this. Any ideas?

Bell case management team is not responding to calls nor replying emails. I’ve sent 4 emails to follow up on a case and called 70 times over the past week. Case manager: EY14486 @Bell Bell has the best service but the worst customer experience! Shame on BCE VP of CS:John Watson
