  @Bell @Bell_Support Option 2 was that we buy ANOTHER internet line to come to the house. That way we could pay close to $200 a month just for 5mbsp speeds - but that still doesn’t solve the speed, inconsistency or reliability issues It just means the internet in the house is divided between devices

  @Bell_Support you sure do seem to spend a lot of time saying sorry. But what gets fixed? Obviously not consumer loyalty and trust. Good job at doing the worst job possible. And thanks for nothing! 2 days solid, 0 services working.

  @Bell_Support since upgrading to IOS 14 the bell Fibe tv app won’t cast to my TV using my home router (bell Wi-Fi doesn’t connect to my room- hence router that acts as an extender). This is not the way it worked before the IOS update. Is this a known issue that will be resolved

  @Bell To be honest I want to cancel my order. Not sure if it’s complete.I dont want to call another number again. For the 3rd time. On a 4th try to just get a simple sim. This does not worth the time I am spending. I am going to a store In person instead. Not sure if a bell store ;(
