shawna (@shawnasativa) reported@Bell_Support hey bell, just curious. if i have a channel in my tv package that i no longer want, do you make it easy to cancel online through your site/app without having to speak to someone? because @RogersHelps certainly doesn’t, and now i’m genuinely considering a big switch.

jumpingoverleaves (@jumpingleaves1) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell You can't get a human to respond when you call FIDO for ANY issue. The AI is actually stupid and can never resolve anything. After you've tried over and over, it tells you that you can schedule a call with a human. The first date and time available is at min. 3 days later.

Silvana Marroncelli (@tayhaysil) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell My Rogers as well will be expiring at the end of the month. Not looking forward to haggling with the Rogers personnel. I find it stressful. Why not raise the cost of my service to the cost of living every year rather than go through this rigmarole every freaking year!
