@Bell I'm livid! I've been paying for device care. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Went online to fill out the repair request, and I'm hit with a $300 service fee. WTF is the point of the insurance I pay every month!

@CrimeWatchCAN With so many reasons today to never use @bell services, this is just one more to add to the list. No company has benefited more from govt hand outs, govt programs, and now illegal immigrant employee usage. Would they fold if everything was taken away from them? You can hope.

@Bell Not a problem. Starlink is faster, cheaper, and more dependable than any of the "Canadian" internet providers. Sure hope they come out with a Starlink phone soon.

@Bell They should overturn it the moment the top three start selling their network to minor players at a fair market value so they can resell it to consumers and create a fair competition. Much like how it’s done in the states.

@Bell_News @Bell There is currently an ongoing @Bell outage in Toronto midtown that has lasted for 30 hours , apparently not going to be resolved any time soon. The least you could do for your paying customers is to communicate updates. Irresponsible and disrespectful not to even keep us informed

Dear @Bell this will be a thread 🧵 1/Our new relationship is off to a very bumpy start. First I get a defective Giga hub (no biggie it happens), but then was told I’d get an email confirming a new install. Never got the email and the tech showed up today, while I was at work.
