🇨🇦Wayne🇨🇦 (@Reil76) reportedHey @Bell I have had internet issues for three days now!! Whenever I call your tech support people will look into my modem and say everything’s fine. One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! This is why I left you before for @cogeco and I’m about ready to do it again!!!
-
C4KE (@CallMeC4KE) reported@Bell Why are telecommunications down in the Ottawa Valley right now?!

Bobby Fun (@RRohampton) reported@broddy83 @Reil76 @Bell i’m on the fence about switching to fibre since they are installing it on my street. it is a lot faster but i don’t want to switch from cable and have these issues.

monybrat (@BratleyMonica) reported@Bell_Support I am very upset. 2nd time in 4 days, no home phone. I‘ve reported it. Said repair will be here tomorrow. My husband is dialysis dependent. In the case of emergency, need a phone. To use a cell, I have to drive several kilometres to get a signal. Ridiculous. 😡

marnie t. vollmann (@mrtolbon) reported@Bell sucks! Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.
-
DonDraper (@OnAShipOfFools) reportedAfter a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reportedAs a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).
-
The_aRgh (@The_Arghhhh) reported@Bell worst app on the face of the ****** earth. Where is my bill? Can’t find the download pdf anywhere.
-
A 19 Year Old On Twit (@YearOldOnTwit) reported@zeketrontay @Bell @mmabrey1 I find Bell is better but the lack of any competition in this industry and it all being controlled by two monopolies is honestly a massive issue in this country.
-
Bobby (@Zubes22) reported@Bell the absolute worst. They’ve admitted they’re wrong for months but still have charges on our bill that are unjustified. They have now cut our cell service while we wait “for the next billing cycle for changes to take effect”. I’ve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!
