@Bell @Google so recently while working from home and utilizing my pixel 4, the speaker has been overheating while I'm making phone calls longer than 5 minutes. There's no bell stores open and I need a working phone. Help me out.

  • Erin88018760 Erin (@Erin88018760) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Bell I'm livid! I've been paying for device care. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Went online to fill out the repair request, and I'm hit with a $300 service fee. WTF is the point of the insurance I pay every month!

  • SteveDickerNL Stunning Steve (@SteveDickerNL) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

@RobertChaulk @Bell Been with Koodo for roughly 10 years. Paying $110/month for 2 phones. No issues with service at all. But took a bath on roaming charges during our recent Florida trip.

  • KilonyL Kilony Lawf (@KilonyL) reported

    Hey @Bell_Support, why is my internet speed 82.35 down/ 93.89 up when I pay for 150 down/ 10 up?

  • wayne_chow Wayne Chow (@wayne_chow) reported

@Pammerhockey @Bell_Support Never trust big biz. Remember when insurance cos. first introduced data tracker apps, advertising "it'll only be used to calculate discounts, never to increase premiums". The whole time lobbying insurance regulators to let them use the data against customers. ON let them last yr.

  • S_and_pip sandees (@S_and_pip) reported

@Bell_Support Hi, I signed up for internet services in March, was told after 60 days we will receive a gift card as part of that promotion. Well, it's way past 60 days, customer service has not been helpful, and my 'escalated case' is being ignored..

  • devohockey Devin Smith (@devohockey) reported

@Bell Your customer service is a joke. I fell for “we will call you back.” But you will still charge me for services you don’t provide. And ironically I want to watch the game that is playing at the Bell Centre. As soon as @Rogers comes to my neighbourhood we are breaking up.

  • amirahelsafty Amirah El-Safty (@amirahelsafty) reported

But @Bell_Support @Bell you refuse to accommodate. It's not a resource issue or an infrastructure issue...the internet is there, available, and very reliable! You just don't have enough customers here, so it's not profitable for you to offer me a plan that supports my needs.

  • cristianaasenjo Cristian Asenjo (@cristianaasenjo) reported

@Bell_Support I had a fibe installation appointment and the tech said he couldn't do it because there's tree branches in the way. That's pretty poor preparation on Bell's part :/ Is there anything else that can be done? All I was told is that someone would call us to reschedule.

  • Orionbus75 Emily (E) (@Orionbus75) reported

@Bell Who ever promoted these tweet has never had to deal with drivers from Quebec

  • DPocroianu Warrior Of Truth (@DPocroianu) reported

I am exhausted from fighting bullies while living in poverty on 20.000/yr because I broke down from abuse of leaders @Bell that have never stopped abusing me for 10 yrs. Shame on all of you cowards @Bell that fought "one woman" for a decade #Abuseofpower

  • Commander_Hobo Hobo (@Commander_Hobo) reported

@bell_support we pay for 150 MB/s and get 120KB a second. You all should die of covid. I am tired of 4 years of your ****. Break Bell up.

  • rusted_sign Kelly Cahill (@rusted_sign) reported

@Bell makes me want to cancel my internet....that team will never have my heart.
