@Bell I'm livid! I've been paying for device care. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. Went online to fill out the repair request, and I'm hit with a $300 service fee. WTF is the point of the insurance I pay every month!

  • SteveDickerNL Stunning Steve (@SteveDickerNL) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

@RobertChaulk @Bell Been with Koodo for roughly 10 years. Paying $110/month for 2 phones. No issues with service at all. But took a bath on roaming charges during our recent Florida trip.

  • Bradleytilley Bradley Tilley (@Bradleytilley) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Bell @Google so recently while working from home and utilizing my pixel 4, the speaker has been overheating while I'm making phone calls longer than 5 minutes. There's no bell stores open and I need a working phone. Help me out.

  • VapourRose Franxx red hot sauce (@VapourRose) reported

3 days into Fibe internet and it’s been down for a full day. @Bell_Support what’s going on?

  • iJonniM Jonni Martinez  (@iJonniM) reported

@Bell I have had bell internet for months and I love it! I also got the iPhone 13 pro max and love the phone and the best 5g network in Canada. Yes they are expensive but as long as you pay your monthly bill you will be fine, nothing is free.

  • MAllinotte Michele Allinotte (@MAllinotte) reported

@Bell_Support One of your team members just told me that it is normal to have no service at a business line for up to 24 hours after getting a new Bell Total Connect line installed. That is ... not right.

  • boredof_bs heather (@boredof_bs) reported

@AncientActivist @Bell Yes they can but they choose to put their company before their customers. @telus called the day of our installation and narrowed the window to 2hrs. Shoddy service.

  • frankongolf Frank (@frankongolf) reported

No question @Bell is the worst company to deal with in every way.

  • kenmcall Ken (@kenmcall) reported

When I’ve needed to call @AppleSupport I’m given a choice of genre of hold music I would prefer. I then get a playlist of songs to listen to while I wait. I’ve now been on hold with @Bell for 40 minutes and all I’ve heard is the same terrible song, over and over again. 🤬

  • Jordan_Bain420 Jordan (@Jordan_Bain420) reported

@RogersMedia You were supposed to be better then the horrible @Bell but apparently you only care about Ontario like them YOUR DISGUSTING.

  • VicedRhino FULLY Vaxxed Rhino 💉💉 (@VicedRhino) reported

Signed up for better internet with @Bell, with much trepidation - I've only ever had terrible experiences with them. They are confirming my suspicions - we don't even get service until late October, and they're already trying to charge us for **** they shouldn't be.

  • NikkiWonderful_ NikkiWonderful (@NikkiWonderful_) reported

@Bell_Support Day four and my elderly mothers phone still isn't working. Considering the amount you charge your customers for service this is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I could get paid for all the hours I have wasted on the phone trying to get your company to do their job.
