  • cohix Connor Hicks (@cohix) reported

Finding it very difficult to not be angry at @Bell right now… I called last week to set up a new line, and they never processed the order so now after 30m on the phone trying to figure this out, I need to start the process all over.

  • CoastalDiamond_ TheDiamond (@CoastalDiamond_) reported

@sparkyb1 @TorontoUltra @Bell Both Bell and Rogers are horrible one scams money out of you and the others connection is horrible

  • peterfromottawa Peter McGregor (@peterfromottawa) reported

@ShadySteph1997 @TorontoUltra @Bell My condo board signed a (shady) exclusivity deal with Bell so I'm stuck with them whether I like it or not. I'm in DT Toronto and the speeds are garbage, connection regularly drops, horrible gaming lag. Bell's solution: buy our range extenders for your 500sf condo. 🙄

  • peterfromottawa Peter McGregor (@peterfromottawa) reported

@ShadySteph1997 @TorontoUltra @Bell Not actually fiber optic, just a brand name "Fibe". It's their **** DSL and doesn't get anywhere near advertised speeds. Go with Teksavvy. So much better in every way.

  • PrincessKOut Princess K OUT (@PrincessKOut) reported

I have an inquiry about getting the service level promised in my contract since Bell has upgraded my area. Reps can't give me the pricing promised on my original contract w/out significantly changing my price. I know I need to speak to a case manager to escalate. @Bell_Support

  • Deb0304 Dea** Use Common Sense * (@Deb0304) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Aliant how come I keep getting the message "television service temporarily unavailable" on my pvr and some shows show as recording but when they are over they aren't available on the pvr? Fibreop tv

  • peterfromottawa Peter McGregor (@peterfromottawa) reported

@MartinLvesque6 @Bell_Support You don't want it. Trust. I live in downtown Toronto and the service is complete and total garbage. Lag city, will ruin your KDR.

  • Patrici53041428 Patricia M (@Patrici53041428) reported

@Bell_Support Had problems with television service. Requested a reimbursement for services not received. Bill came but no reduction in service was given. I am a widow, retiree, and handicapped person. Television is my one entertainment"

  • Tesla_Joe Joe From Canada (@Tesla_Joe) reported

Words cannot describe how awful big telecom is in Canada. We are all victims of a telecommunications cartel. The system here is broken. We need @spacex starlink in Canada open to the masses ASAP. @rogers @bell have Canadians pinned down.
