@Bell_Support Hey Bell, I figured out what the problem is and why my FibeTV doesn't work. Your systems geolocation is broken - I noticed this when I went to the @weathernetwork and it put me into a random city rather than Kitchener. When will this be fixed? It's not my equipment.

@Bell_Support Experiencing super slow speeds currently, when I connect to a server which is hosted within my province (Newfoundland) it works fine. But when I select a server outside of Newfoundland and off of the island, speeds are ~3mbps with 100+ping.

@Bell you need to hire more professional Telemarketing teams. I had a agent come to my door yesterday trying to sell ur service to me which I denied... Only to get another phone call doing the same today. As I took the time to explain that someone already came...I was hung up on!

The solution @Bell_Support has for avoiding US roaming charges when working in Canada near the border is keep your phone in airplane mode. Um. No. The point of the phone is to be able the communicate not to be a paperweight.
