@Bell_Support Can someone please assist with a recent request? I have had intermittent connectivity all day (works for 20-25 minutes then does not work for 5 minutes). Chat Window support said I will be getting a new modem in 2-3 business days? That's a long time to be down...

@Bell_Support A notification of a system wide outage on Wireless Home Internet service would have been nice. You communicate with me to sell me all sorts of stuff, but you can't be bothered to notify me when you can't deliver the services I pay for?! Googling @SpaceXStarlink

@Bell is straight trash! My mom is in hospital awaiting emergency surgery and just received a text saying she’s got a $50 charge and they’ve suspended her account!!! Outrageous!

They said we would have to send the phone to Samsung and be without a phone while it is being fixed. They would not even refund the $20 data charge because of this problem. 2 landlines, 3 cell phones are no getting canceled because of this. Thanks Telus, switching to @Bell

@martinchenier82 @Bell_Support @Rogers The technician came today and said some other idiot technician downstairs removed our connection and didn't put it back in. So it wasn't because of the blackout. It was some other moron who had been called for another apartment.

@Bell_Support I called Bell again and have been on the phone for 45 mins. Each time having to explain what the issue is. The person on the phone tried reaching the rep that was supposed to call me. She is ignoring his messages. I wish there was an alternative to Bell - come on Starlink.
