    @Bell_Support What you are doing to Iqaluit customers is daylight robbery! Internet is now almost none existent. Tried to access internet since 6pm and its consistently down!

    @Bell_Support I don’t bother calling, I know too many that have. Other than a small monthly discount there has been no point as the service continues to be degraded. I appreciate the engagement, I do, but these issues are universal with your customers in Iqaluit.

    @Bell_Support Honestly, many residents have spent tens of hours each on calls with your techs and nothing improves. At what point will you send a qualified Bell tech to Iqaluit to experience this themselves and work to fix the longstanding problems we experience daily with your service?

    @Bell_Support @tattuinee By now you should have a very long list of active tickets due the failure of your systems to provide acceptable service in our City. We all experience failed texts, dropped calls, or no service at all. It is chronic and getting worse.

    @yhzlindsay @Bell As a kicker when I moved out & cancelled it, kept receipts of everything being returned & paid for, they hounded me for 2+ years for a non-existent bill & modem under the old acct holder's name. Somehow got my partner's #. It was awful & credit damaging. Never again.

    @yhzlindsay @Bell In uni I inherited bell wifi when moving into a flat. It was changed to my name, price was fine, etc. Every damn month I got charged an extra $60 because of a lost modem that didn't exist. I spent 1 day/month on the phone getting it removed & noted on my acct.
