    I call @Bell and they offer $15 credit toward a bill double that when she was paying for a plan that should have given her 10x more minutes. Way to take advantage of a elderly woman during a very scary time for her @Bell The optics are bad @Bell just not okay!

    @Bell Yet my mom was charged for using 48 additional minutes on a plan that should have given her 100 minutes and not the 10 @Bell left her with after increasing the price…while her @Bell landline was down.
