@Bell_Support we're done. After mnths of connectivity issues, multiple techs promising it's fixed, calling only to reboot modem 5 times and be told we need to replace the router, though each tech said it was line issue... We're done. I'm tired of using mobile data to save my job.

@cbcRosa It's frightening the amount of pressure @rogers and @bell put onto vulnerable customers that they know they can get away with. I recently had someone with a 169$ overcharge for being on hold with service canada for two hours. They do not have a home phone.

@Bell_Support @bell increased my bill from $90 to $175 without notifying me of any changes .. I have called 3 times into customer service and the best they can do is lower it to 127.50 then tell me they will fix it next month. No Customer service hangs up on me..

  • Epiman5 Epiman (@Epiman5) reported

@Bell_Support Technician was here and apparently it is fixed but it is not. My landline is down and now the alarm company is calling me saying my alarm is not communicating with their system. Not impressed at all. Another tech is being dispatched....
