    Followed by a collection of uninformed "customer service specialists", who led us down one rabbit hole after another, giving us information full of discrepancies, while repeatedly ignoring our requests to speak to a supervisor. Disappointed & frustrated, @Bell_Support (3/3)

    My dad also worked for @Bell for 35 years and he's had likewise issues. 10 hours of phone call hours could have been more productively spent.

    15 times @Rogers and @Bell have told me to check back in 6 months as they continue to expand their network. 15 times they haven’t connected our neighbourhood. Seven plus years of being passed off. There’s only 650 metres to go.

    @Bell_Support I'm irritated!! Second time in a week my internet is down!! I don't want to spend another hour on the phone passed around from one person to another only to HAVE to have a tech come out (surprise) who said i shouldn't have any more problems... sigh!!

    @Bell Quite a pathetic customer service. It seems like a huge organization is acting like Cheapsters!!! Bell owes me $6.92 in credit for more than one year and I have to repeatedly call them to get it resolved. It has not resolved yet!! It is frustratingggg :(
