I’ve been on the online chat to complain about the poor internet service for the past week. Please fix whatever the issues are. I pay for poor service. Frustrating!!

Suddenly Bell sent me an overage bill, they changed my plan and didn't tell me. Then expected me to pay overages. I escalated for a week, NOBODY would fix my account. @Bell

Just signed up at cottage with EBox for 500 meg speed for $45, bell internet price was $75 for both 500M and 1.5G. Called Bell for home and asked for a better deal and they would only go down to $90. I said my next call will be to cancel .
