@Bell My son had his first high school online class. He was on for 2 minutes before we lost our wifi. I’ve been on the online chat to complain about the poor internet service for the past week. Please fix whatever the issues are. I pay for poor service. Frustrating!!

@Bell_Support I've reset it repeatedly over the last few months. It seems to help sometimes but also could be a coincidence because it just starts working again on it's own at times.

Still trying to get things connected to ‘new’ WiFi but not recognizing 5G ‘upgraded’ network. Thermostat, no connection, Alexa..no, wireless security cameras… nope. How is this better? @Bell_Support anyone have solutions?

@Bell @Bell_Support My question to you guys is why are you selling locked phones? are you not following @CRTCeng Canada rules? why are you making customers being frustrated on day 1? This is not only to me we bought 5 phones yesterday on different accounts and we all are facing the same issue?

@Bell_Support had no service 4 a week. Had no service 2 wks ago & you sent a guy to fix it. It lasted a wk. went down again last Sunday. I called. 45 mins on hold. I texted & was told someone would get back to me Nobody did Called again. Told someone would come today. Nobody here

Anyone having trouble with Bell Fibe Internet and TV(which works on the Internet)? Mines been screwing up for weeks or longer intermittently. It comes back usually but today was down from 9am-7pm now. @Bell_Support hasn't been any help. The problem is likely on Bell's side.

After terrible service from a @Bell agent who gave wrong info then abandoned the service chat, 2 other Bell agents stepped up & got me to @CraveCanada tech support yesterday. Today, on a Saturday, that Crave agent followed up & my Crave subscription is fixed. Thank you Mary G!
