@Bell My son had his first high school online class. He was on for 2 minutes before we lost our wifi. I’ve been on the online chat to complain about the poor internet service for the past week. Please fix whatever the issues are. I pay for poor service. Frustrating!!

@Bell_Support still no internet. After DM and going over the troubleshooting I had done already 2 times I was told they had to "escalate" and I would receive a phone call. No phone call. I don't know if I don't have internet because of an outage.I have used all my cell phone data

@Bell_Support New customer to Bell. Why can’t I connect to bell Fibe tv app outside of my home network? It says I’m not subscribed whenever I put in my MyBell credentials

@Bell_Support Not sure what you can do since this has been happening since Thursday...I assume it's still the same issue that you said was fixed, I'm currently rebooting the box to see if that helps.

@Bell_Support No TV service since Friday! Service call was cancelled because Bell scheduled a “seamless migration” appt for March 6. One has nothing to do with the other! You really expect a customer to go without service for 1 month?? Not normal!!

Absolutely floored by how poorly Ma @Bell 's customer support has gotten over the last few years. Yall are really willing to lose a contract over a broken phone screen. How you doing @Rogers ?

@bell_support I suspended service Sept. 30, 2022. Bell continued to charge me. Customer service rep said that even though you suspend your service, you still get charged the full amount. Refused to give refund. @cbcmarketplace

@Bell_Support are you aware of issues regarding connections with reseller such as ebox? I'm subscribed with ebox fiber (which is using the bell network) and I haven't had internet in downtown Montreal since 11am this morning.
