@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@Bell you should be absolutely ashamed of your customer loyalty department. Given attitude and being accused of making things up is not the way to secure a customer. Can’t wait to switch to another provider ASAP.

@Catvanzyl @Bell_Support @Catvanzyl so 3 years ago I had no wifi after a ice storm ! I called Rogers wasn’t even on hold they said oh you have no signal at all we will send a technician he was here within an hour and said the wires were knocked down by ice storm and had it all fixed in 30 minutes

@Catvanzyl @Bell_Support Is it your WiFi connection...or the internet itself... If it's wifi issue get your own router and connect it to their modem. Cable company wifi sucks in general
