@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@Bell it’s really disappointing that your agents lie and hang up on customers. By the way, how can your team leave a temp connection for three months?

@Bell being passed around 3 times for over 30 mins to look into adding a credit they forgot to add. Each person says I have limited access to options to help you. Unprofessional and ridiculous! Im still on hold.

@Raptors @Bell Ppl saying it’s cringe or whatever are just telling on themselves that they were never part of a real team. Sometimes you have to do things that are “cringe” all as a team, seasons are long, you have to learn to laugh and get out of your comfort zone as a group to become closer

@Bell alarm switch over to API has been an unmitigated disaster. Our alarm hasn’t worked in over a week and we’ve been on hold multiple hours over multiple only to talent to NO ONE! Switching back over to @Rogers , who suck just as bad.

@Bell I have been trying to get into my account and was told I would be contacted by someone from your Network Security team. The service I have received so far has been of no help at all, and considering moving to Rogers.
