@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

I call @Bell_Support & press the number for internet support: an automatic message says they are rebooting my modem. No warning or choice. Then their system hangs up on me. WTF. I understand this solves some problems, but this is not well implemented. Avoiding customers?

@CRTCeng we DEFINITELY need more options for cable service in Canada. @Rogers and @Bell is a sad state of affairs.

@Bell_Support losing internet service twice in a week is outrageous. And again support / technician staff are incompetent @ONconsumer @CRTCeng

@MikeMontrealer @CRTCeng @Bell_Support Any service agreement involving rental equipment would have an outlined time-frame when said equipment needed to be returned before getting charged for it. But of course, you weren't 'told' 🙄

@Bell_Support internet and TV have both been a nightmare since 3 weeks ago... you guys sent me a new modem even though I said that wasn't the problem, I changed it and it basically just wasted my time. Please fix your damn network, it used to work but now it is horrendous.

Mike Berthold (@MikeMontrealer) reported
@CircularLogic89 @CRTCeng @Bell_Support I’m not arguing that. I’m saying they should reach out to a longtime customer instead of simply charging a large fee and then refunding it later. Is that clear enough to understand?

@Bell Your new satellite receivers are garbage. We can't each watch our own different shows and record another. If I want to record something in the future, I have to fast forward thru days of shows. Totally not user friendly. Can't wait until something else comes around.
