@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@Bell_Support I don’t know how close you guys get with contacting the engineers but the time issue appears to be with the automatic timezone entry on the network, it appears to be set to Atikokan instead of Toronto.

@ItsUnderstood @Bell Oh no! I’d been vaguely assuming it was this weekend but I now entirely trust devices to spare me the effort of thinking about it. That will change after this little incident.

Three of the four @Apple iPhones in our house decided the time change was this morning. I believe the issue lies with @Bell.

@Alessandra8484 @Bell Go into settings and adjust on your own. Go to General Management then Date and Time. Take the automatic off and set the proper time. Bell said "Our teams are investigating the situation in order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience."

@mbouf @Bell_Support Just did the same thing and noticed that if I use the "date and time provided by network" option, it automatically puts me in the wrong time zone (Atikokan, GMT -5), but if I turn that off and set it manually to the right zone (Toronto, GMT -4), it's OK.
