It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

Janis (@JanisFurigay) reported@Bell_Support There's currently a Fibe internet outage in my area. The rep at @Bell told me that the estimated time of restoration is around 6:30 to 7:00pm eastern. They gave me some extra data to use for mobile Hotspot purposes in the meantime. Thanks.

guelph’s finest poster (@nordicshrew) reportedso now I’m informed that the @Bell service agent i spoke to yesterday didn’t properly log the dispatch request for today after scheduling it with me. so now they’ll come tomorrow between noon and 5 to fix the line they damaged 72 hours earlier. very cool. hopefully they show up
