    @ryanrross @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support @redsandspei @WickedEH @IslandTel @Bell_Aliant asked @MECLPEI to place their new pokes on #BelmontRoad so they could run fiber lines on them. Then they changed their minds and decided that providing that service to our area wasn't economically viable.

    @Bell @redcrosscanada Hi, is the internet restored in the Cole harbour area in Dartmouth? I wonder if it’s that or a problem with my system (I have rebooted modem/router but lights are still flashing and no internet). Is there a link you can send on how to reboot properly(maybe I am doing that wrong)?

    I live in a 39 unit townhouse and @bell has been trying to bring fibre in for quite some time. Initially looking for 60+% customer threshold to install. They’ll accept at 0 customers now that it’s being funded by @CanadianPM. Tax $ at work.

    That’s a low blow @Bell offering extra data to #HurricaneFiona customers, only to find out you have to also be an internet subscriber to be eligible? Also got a sales pitch when contacting support? Not the right time!

    @Bell_Support Why isn’t my data on my phone still not working?! Where is my supposed 50 GB of free data?? Can’t even use the data I’m paying for! 4 days now and no fix/explanation?!

    @Bell Really disappointed- contacted support and told that we have to have both mobile and home internet to be eligible?! At the same time the agent was trying to upsell new packages - the last thing we care about right now!

    @Bell_Support over the last week I've experienced the worst customer service in MY LIFE with Bell. The HOURS of calls with your team over the last week should be used as training on what not to do for all customer service teams. Absolutely disastrous.

    I get that the people at MTS Mobility don't feel compeled to actually help anymore now that they are being shut down, but even @Bell_Support cannot to compel them to assist a customer. #BadForBusiness #ScreamingIntoTheVoid

    @Bell ... currently on hold for the 4th time over an hour trying to find the $2K+ phone replacement you have given me an invalid tracking code. Apparently,name,acct#,& PIN# aren't enough to validate you telling me where the replacement is. Nice way to treat decades old customer.
