@ryanrross @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support @redsandspei @WickedEH @IslandTel @Bell_Aliant asked @MECLPEI to place their new pokes on #BelmontRoad so they could run fiber lines on them. Then they changed their minds and decided that providing that service to our area wasn't economically viable.

Hey @Bell_Support! Just got an offer from @Eastlink to switch to their mobile service. Two lines with 10 gig data each and unlimited Canada wide calling and texting for $50 a line. What can you offer?

@Bell_Support I've been overcharged $1300 on my Dec bill. Talked to 4 different techs over December all said it was an internal prob + said they'd fix it, but haven't. Who can I talk to that can actually help before this happens again next month (!) and you loose a loyal customer

@bell_support told me to wait it out? Wait another month, send back the phone before fixing the issue and now when I want to cancel I’m being penalized for negligence on their end and told that if I can I’ll have to pay for the phone. A phone I have yet to hold in my own hands?

@Bell_Support is it possible to cancel my service online or do I have to call?

Any former #Bell users out there who switched to @TekSavvyBuzz #TekSavvy ? Considering making the switch and concerned that internet service won't be as reliable, but tired of being ripped off month after month by @Bell #consumer

Is it considered ghosting when you call Bell Canada customer loyalty for @Bell_Support , they put you on hold while they "look into your request" and then never come back? 51 minute call and counting....

Coming up to 3 months since opening an account w/ @Bell_Support where I still haven’t had issues fixed, I still do not have a phone from them and just a couple days ago had my account finalized (porting my old phone number) and losing my current phone service.

@iPhoneinCanada I moved to Bell 10 years ago from Rogers. I swore them off (terrible streak of bad customer service incidents) and then moved to Freedom last year because of better prices. If @Bell offers a competitive deal like this, I’ll happily go back. I pay $50 on Freedom for 16GB.

@Wiiggles_ Have you seen this @Bell_Support? Is something going to get done about it or is it going to be delayed, left unfixed? To be paying as much as what's being paid for a service that you claim is one of the best to be CONSTANTLY let down and disappointed. The value is non-existent.

@Bell_Support Care to explain why it is taking 2 hours to get in on the phone, and when I do you hang up. Do your job and answer phones.
