    Hey @Bell_Support! Just got an offer from @Eastlink to switch to their mobile service. Two lines with 10 gig data each and unlimited Canada wide calling and texting for $50 a line. What can you offer?

    @ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.

    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

    @Bell Also fun fact it's probably the source of ur anti semitism rise lol alot of stuff. Like I get it. It can deliver multi x trades and abilities to people in exchange for service. But like it doesn't like us. At all. As in silence of the lambs kinda of intelligence.

    @ryangerritsen @Bell It really is a tiring game. How is it "new" customer can get blah blah blah for $ but long existing customers get nothing until we call and complain.
