    @Bell Bell satellite TV is the worst we've ever had. Not only do they play old, garbage shows like Karate kid, Lethal weapon, over and over every week, and it's on multiple channels. Canada needs competition like in the US. Heck why not allow US companies up here. Cheaper and better.

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?

    @Bell my 94 year old mother’s home phone has been since Saturday, I’ve been lied to twice already. When it was going to be fixed, that it was fixed, then it wasn’t fixed and suddenly today they say it’s fixed. Her phone is still not working and someone may be out tomorrow.

    @Bell_Support Hey we have 2 Bell downed wires in our backyard and your technical service is telling me I’ll have to pay a fee to get them removed. If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.
