@Bell Bell satellite TV is the worst we've ever had. Not only do they play old, garbage shows like Karate kid, Lethal weapon, over and over every week, and it's on multiple channels. Canada needs competition like in the US. Heck why not allow US companies up here. Cheaper and better.

@drMediaPro @Bell_MTSHelps @Bell_Support We were having issues with it through Bell MTS as well over last week. Lots of error messages and lag firing up. I'd back out, try again, and usually eventually get it to work. Called tech support and they said it was a system issue affecting many. It's been better last few days.

Now am on the phone with them again, and they've promised that a tech will come out tomorrow morning. Got treated like an idiot by the tech support person, who frankly wasn't listening to my answers. 5/n @Bell

I have spent five days without internet and TV, getting the run-around from @Bell. I had to chase down techs, got told a myriad of lies ("A technician will fulfill your ticket tomorrow, etc.). Spent countless hours on the phone. 1/n

Was told that they would just pro-rate my bill for the days I didn't have service. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I am now on hold, eating through my cell phone minutes. @Bell 7/n
