    @Bell Bell satellite TV is the worst we've ever had. Not only do they play old, garbage shows like Karate kid, Lethal weapon, over and over every week, and it's on multiple channels. Canada needs competition like in the US. Heck why not allow US companies up here. Cheaper and better.

    @cdn_karma @Bell Who do you use? All the big three are **** and I’m using a 3-day free trial of Fizz Mobile right now and I gotta say I’m not very impressed. Two bars most of the time and on the odd occasion three. Plus it’s 4G LTE not 5G.

    @kaycechoice @Bell You hit the nail on the head. They don't care. Not in decades. Not only do they not care, it's the opposite. They have contempt for the customer.

    4: called to cancel @VirginPlus , they offered me @Bell loyalty program, and another scheduled appointment. And yet even after switching to the main and guaranteeing a full install and everything done , NOPE , still nothing

    Yo @Bell my internet has been terrible for the past year. Lagging randomly I've tried literally everything. Resseting my internet, unplugging it, resseting my console, and more please do sum about this.

    @Bell - guess it might be time to consider buying out whatever contract I have and going elsewhere! A byod plan for a NEW customer is $55 .......... I was just told, next month the plan for the current byod on my account is going up $10 making it $70! No option to lower it. WTF

    Hey @Bell_Support how come cellular service is getting worse and worse in rural Ontario? Phone calls are hit and mostly miss, and data is generally 3G (so nothing) in areas where we used to be able to get data?
