@cspirito2011 @Bell_Support TV / receiver I rebooted came on by itself recently, but I've heard rebooting bell modem can help fix the connection issue to my account if your TV / receiver does not resume working on it's own.

@cspirito2011 @Bell_Support Apparently you're not supposed to reboot receiver bc it makes problem worse - takes longer to reconnect to bell fibe. My understanding is that this is bc connection to fibe is through your bell my account which is established through wifi / internet connection.
