@Bell_Support Been made to feel like an annoyance and imposition. Steve is at 1.800.963.0288. Please call him for more info. He needs serious customer relations training. I've left 2 messages but have not heard back from him.

@Bell PVR’s stutter so much that I’m better off illegally downloading what I’m trying to watch instead of PVR’ing it. Why is my PVR buffering like a YouTube video on horrible wifi?

@pabblo420 @Bell_Support Giving them 1 day to fix it.

I used to love @TELUS but then they sold me a lemon of an iPhone and refused to take it back! 2 months in and my battery dies at 3-hours on the mark. I regret pulling my staff from @Bell and @Rogers to now have to deal with this BS #corporate #fail

  • paulgumbinger Gumby (@paulgumbinger) reported

@bell so far I received 4 calls today with the “Service Canada” SIN # scam. Get it together and do something about this with the authorities. Not what I’m paying for. #scam

  • immasters Adam Fulford (@immasters) reported

I'll be switching to Telus mobile service. Offered me a better deal than #bell. @bell didn't get back to me to match the offer when they said they would, and my PM to them on Twitter didn't get a response. Telus SIM card is in the mail.

  • TylerCNoble tylerCnoble (@TylerCNoble) reported

@Bell_Support So ETA? Business phones are down. You are using “partner towers” and their customer are fine. Makes us want to switch to Telus or Rogers until Bell has their own in the area. Big boo to the communications on this.
