    @Bell I found a typo in your "acceptable" response time for technical support. Your network stops recognizing my device. Your staff thinks the policy is 5-7 days. Obviously, it should be 5-7 hours (worst-case scenario). Thanks for fixing that typo!

    Tonight's @Bell_Support call to Collections had to be one of the worst customer service experiences this college instructor - who teaches customer service - has EVER experienced. Just awful, wouldn't listen, talked over top of me, refused to escalate to supervisor...horrendous

    @Bell_Support There really isn't a point, there is a huge disconnect between your outsourced telemarketing and your customer base. Clearly the offshore person that called had no idea if I was a subscriber since they asked me if I am or not.
