@BellMediaPR I made the decision after 11 years of @Bell mobility service, to buy out my existing contract and switch carriers Your long (and documented) history of workers rights discretions make it impossible for me to continue supporting your values as a corporation "It's just business"

@Bell_Support When are you going to support email encryption for Sympatico/Bell.net email accounts?

  • redjenfred Jen Andersen (@redjenfred) reported

@Bell_Support I’m just about done with trying to get help for simple items and this has happened every single (few!) times assistance needed. Would love to be comped extra $$ we now have to pay when Bell linked my acct to another’s in default (missed out on deal waiting for Bell to solve)

  • CannibalHoliday Casey (@CannibalHoliday) reported

@bell_support hiya :) Is 1-800-226-3954 a Bell corporate number? My father has been receiving a bunch of calls from that number with no message, and googling comes up that it is either Bell calling or a scammer. He's not a Bell customer, so I'm curious about the number.

  • centreoftheroad Middleoftheroad (@centreoftheroad) reported

@CP24 This is the worst decision ever. Furthering a duopoly at the cost of the consumer is not what competition Tribunals should do. Putting more control in the hands or @Rogers and @Bell clearly shows the Tribunal cares a f*$*& about the consumers. Canada should be ashamed.

@Bell_Support how can network equipment issues take over 12 hours to repair!!??

  • _rappy _rappy (@_rappy) reported

It is also connected to the Lifeline emergency service. If anything had happened to her today, she'd not have been able to call for help. Now, here is why @bell didn't want to fix her phone line. They're in the process of replacing copper wiring with fiberoptics...

  • asweeting Andrew Sweeting (@asweeting) reported

Hey, @Bell, how can I convince you to finally put a sense of urgency on my Fibe Internet installation? Let me take you back to December 20th, when I was bright eyed and bushy tailed with excitement at saving money over my current ISP, with purportedly better service....

  • asweeting Andrew Sweeting (@asweeting) reported

Then today I received a bill for the Fibe Tv app. For the internet service that is not installed. The lack of information from @Bell is astonishing. If I was an existing customer and my fibre cable was broken, is this the level of service I should expect?

  • y_sondhi YSondhi (@y_sondhi) reported

@Bell_Support Can the Fiber Toronto dispatch team call me? I'm caught in a groundhog day loop as 6 tech have been sent to my home address for an issue that is happening at a junction box for 5 days. Their escal tickets don't go through so a new dispatch order gets auto generated.

  • shelbyshaw_ shelby ☼ (@shelbyshaw_) reported

@Bell_Support no outage reported for my postal code yet I’ve been without internet since Dec 23. Earliest time a tech will get to me is Jan 5 but don’t worry we’re listed as “priority”. 140$ a month for this is mental.
