    @Bell_Support So, I have a landline that I never use (I don’t even have a landline phone to plug-in.) is it possible to enable call forwarding without a physical device to call *72? Or a way to have access to the phone line on my phone? Like VoIP?

    @Rogers Most frustrating move process ever. Impossible. Have been disconnected multiple times on phone after waiting 1hr+. Or “system issue” for agent and will call you right back and no call. Chat doesn’t work and also disconnected after hours of waiting. @Bell give me a deal!

    @Bell definitely is the worst company that I have come across in recent years. As a small business owner i have experienced the worst customer service / escalation team / top management It is frustrating that my unit can only get Bell services. Help !!! Stay away from @bell

    @Bell_Support This is a bell box not Rogers. Nice try though. A bell technician came out in the Spring pretending to fix it because I had already made a complaint.

    Why is @Rogers charging me a high fee for changing my bundle? I only changed it because NOTHING WAS WORKING. Every day is something new. Not to mention, the $$ I got back from the outage - thanks. I could buy a stick of gum. Worst company ever. Cannot wait to go to @Bell
