@Bell_Support I was able to get the situation rectified. You may want to consider the options available to support your customers. As well as the communication between associates when errors are made by bell. This whole situation could have been avoided and solved in minutes, not weeks.

@Bell_Support can you guys get faster speeds in my area? frankly its ridiculous that as a GTA resident anything higher than 50 mbps is unavailable to me. My friends down the road from me get 150-200 mbps + with cogeco.

@peacockTV I want to give you my money but requiring Canadians to have a cable subscription to access an online streaming service doesn’t make any sense. @rogerstv and @Bell are overpriced and gouge their customers.

Ben here would sell the "Triple Play" package (@Bell #Fibe TV, internet, phone) regularly to seniors that didn't even own computers, or need the 4K PVR's he kept pushing on them. Bell sales reps are paid for each channel pkg, service you add, features, etc.

@JaneMoneypenny @Bell They're too busy figuring out how to leverage the lip service they pay towards metal health each year into the maximum amount of free advertising.
