    @Bell_Support Technician says, well if you upgrade to fibre we can hook you right up. So tech solution wasn't to fix it was to upsell. When I'm looking up crtc complaint procedures and cell service number transfers, you know your customer service has flat out failed.!

    @Bell_Support I've been a Bell customer since I got my first phone. I pay over $70/month for 3G of data, and I could get 20G for $50 with Rogers, and UNLIMITED for $75. I also can't add a single G of data with my plan when I'm over. Is there a reason I should stay with Bell?
