    @Bell you guys have absolutely brutal customer service. Really dodged a bullet I suppose not getting the phone via mail and seeing how awful your customer service is. Unreal.

    @Bell What a hose! I have internet with a small provider and we get wifi all over the house without this bullshit. I will never deal with either you or Eastlink - since I stopped using both companies, I've saved $1600 since 2014.

    @Bell Worse company I have ever done business with: increase rates every few months, auto renew your contracts (your contracts never finish at 2yr or 3yr mark unless you want to pay 75% more monthly fees)

    Activating a new iPhone with eSim is such a nightmare. @Bell step your game up. This customer experience is abysmal.

    @Bell it’s absolutely disgraceful that our internet has been down since 2pm yesterday. We changed our modem and then find out there’s an outage. No techs available today. Im not on bell and I’ve used all my data working at home. My fiancé is using hers too. QEW & Dixie road area.
