    @Bell_Support I've DM'd you already and have been on hours of support calls for the last 2 weeks. Was promised a supervisor (and networks team escalation call) yesterday but no communication has been made. This run around is unproductive, I require a solution to my issue.

    @Bell_Support Also, your support team had been extremely rude and stated our case is over exaggerated. We are looking for functional connection and aren't looking for leisure like netflix. I WFH and is effecting my job. How does it go from function all to non-funtional. CX service not good.

    @Bell_Support 12 days now and still non functional internet. Tues will be 2 weeks. Your support mentioned all WHI towers are under upgrades and that everyone is experiencing the same issues. Spoke to neighbours with bell internet, they are not experiencing same issues we are. Doesn't add up.

    @Bell team came into my are to put their fiber optic cable in the month of February 2022. They made a big trench in my front yard to put the cable and make the connections. They covered the trench with soil, but never came back to put grass on it They made my front yard a mess.

    @Bell_Support Can someone please assist with a recent request? I have had intermittent connectivity all day (works for 20-25 minutes then does not work for 5 minutes). Chat Window support said I will be getting a new modem in 2-3 business days? That's a long time to be down...
