@Bell so it's the first of the month and my internet service goes down at the exact same time there is a bell technician working on the building last time this happened a technician disconnected my line accidentally when connecting another customer. Why does this keep happening?

@Bell_Support Customer support hasn’t helped in the past. I suspect that because it mostly happens at night (when no one else is using the internet) that there is some bandwidth throttling going on. I refuse to pay the rental for the boosters when I pay for the best possible internet anyways..

@Bell genuinely curious as to why I pay so much for bell Internet services when all they do is crap out every 3 weeks. This is ridiculous. Get it together!
