On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

@LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

@Bell D @Bell_LetsTalk I'm not Jane. Using her Twitter. I'm at 660 Latour. He's still there. The noise is still there. I wanted to rest. Not possible. The wall of my room faces the noise. My rose bush is touching the tree and I see broken pieces of my spruce tree on the truck.

@Bell I had a Princess illuminated dial phone...it didn’t answer questions, China didn’t listen to or watch me, the battery never died, and my information wasn’t tracked and then sold, those were good times!!

Incredible that @Bell rather see me go as a customer than treating me as they treat new customers. Time to move on and look for a company that really wants my business. #Bell has #badcustomerservice and it isn’t #loyal

1/2 Shame on @Bell for abandoning a longstanding customer during a pandemic. After 2 months of troubleshooting, @Bell_Support tells me they won’t resolve my problem until spring, refuse to offer a temporary solution, and expect me to use data on my phone and at my own expense.

Not impressed @Bell_Support waited all afternoon and evening and ended up with empty promises. Bad move on your end for a new customer.
