  • Its_Me_JohnnyG John Galeazza (@Its_Me_JohnnyG) reported

    @gstq8 @DrKateTO @Bell She is the customer. She owns the home. Don't like their rules don't take the job. Unless your one of those rights only matter when they're beneficial to me types

  • _ladylowlife The Keeks (@_ladylowlife) reported

    @vet_dot @Bell_Support @DrKateTO How should the social media team with possibly no training on installation fix this? They can help by putting OP in touch with the right people. Attacking the social media team when they have no control over the situation is not the vibe.

  • albertafarmlife Jennifer Something (@albertafarmlife) reported

    @Ryan_Neefs @DrKateTO @Bell You're right, I should have specified N95 respirators. I just assume that people are smart enough to know, by now, that only N95 or better respirators are acceptable to wear in someone's home. My bad, I forgot stupid people still exist and are allowed on twitter.

  • LifeForClimate Cate (@LifeForClimate) reported

    @DrKateTO @Bell The technician who came was *wonderful* and wore my N95 without complaint and was very friendly and kind. But he said 3-4 other @Bell techs had refused the ticket because of the mask. In someone's home, with someone clinically vulnerable in it. Can you even imagine?

  • stewak2 Kevin Stewart (@stewak2) reported

    @steveds550 @DrKateTO @Bell There is no right to masked service.

  • project_twp TWP (@project_twp) reported

    @shellfish67 @DrKateTO @Bell A few years ago, they came to my house and drilled holes on the exterior wall + installed wires and a box without asking. The guy even swore at us after asking him to remove the stuff but he got angry and yelled at us. We don’t even use Bell service! 🤔

  • snides11 Adam Snider (@snides11) reported

    @gstq8 @DrKateTO @Bell Shut ******** up

  • asquared20me left.handed.right.brained (@asquared20me) reported

    @VinnyR16687452 @Bell_Support @DrKateTO The worker decided too. Workers r in short supply so if Bell wants to start pissing off their workers they can create their own problem. THERE IS NO MASK MANDATE. Get over it. FYI- its been proven that masks don't stop c19 transmission. Maybe read the report.
