@Bell_Support I’m having issues with cell. I can send a text msg to both iPhone and android both with wifi enabled and turned off. However I can’t connect to any sites like you tube, Twitter, gmail etc with wifi on or off. The top left of my iPhone reads full bars, Bell LTE.

  • aseib Andrew Seib (@aseib) reported

@Bell is the worst company. Don’t do business with them. Back in august, someone fraudulently purchased a phone and made a $1000 charge on my bell account in another city. I’ve spent hours on the phone with bell over the last couple months trying to get this resolved…..

  • richlatt Rich Lattanville (@richlatt) reported

@Bell_Support Internet down for 3 hours in Toronto?

  • grant007_grant Jeffrey Grant (@grant007_grant) reported

@Bell need help getting my internet back up. Tech support was no help. They want to send a technician tomorrow even I told them me and my wife work from home and we need it up. They #hungup on me when I asked for a #Manager #badcustomerservice should switch to @Rogers

  • richlatt Rich Lattanville (@richlatt) reported

@Bell_Support Internet down in M4N since 4pm. Modem has been rebooted twice with no help. What's up?

  • KylesWeather Kyle Smith (@KylesWeather) reported

@tysmo @Bell_Support Bell support directly said it was for "energy saving" purposes, their words (doesn't mean it's true). Interestingly, to switch to their business Fibe service, it costs slightly less on a 1:1 for what I have now. Bell said it wouldn't make a difference re: "press select", though.

  • ERosa__ Ema Rosa (@ERosa__) reported

@Bell_Support internet service has been down since 4:30 pm in L1N (Whitby). Any updates to when service will be restored??

  • KylesWeather Kyle Smith (@KylesWeather) reported

@SamLoonie @Bell_Support I thought about it. Small Arduino or something to press it, BUT, I have numerous boxes, and when I look at all the other options (Shaw, Cogeco, Rogers, etc) they don't turn off. This is simply Bell doing network management and trying to turn off IPTV streams where possible.

  • tysmo Tyson Moore (@tysmo) reported

@KylesWeather @Bell_Support I used to work in the same office as the FibeTV people. And while I suppose it's possible that Bell support is right, it would be a rare occurrence. For what it's worth, satellite subscriptions are the same.

  • therealcanoe Jon Dunlap (@therealcanoe) reported

@Bell_Support any outage issues in beaches area of Toronto. Wifi has been down since 4:30pm
