@RealMattHopkins @Bell I found MAXTv recorded TV more user friendly than Shaw for recording and playing the programs. And we were only given 1 pvr no option of having more than. We have 2 tvs but only one can record. This might just be satellite issue.

@KTinnovate @Bell_Support Livid. They've admitted to negligently not applying the new contract, overcharging me thousands. So I dumped their services, Still fighting to get back my money back. If I stopped payment, they'd terminate my services and claim I was in breach the old contract. Despicable.

@Bell_Support This morning it seems ok, but it cut out a few times yesterday and around 12:00 midnight for a bit.

@Rogers Wanted to upgrade internet. Hooked up modem fine, then told there's a problem that they'd fix in 24hrs. 24hrs later called back. Nothing was done and then told to wait another 24-48 hours for fix. It's now over 48 hours more and no fix. #done #cancelled time for @Bell

And the worst thing is - one has to it everyone year or @bell will just raise my rates & lower my service level without telling me. The call centre person was like "wow, you're paying $105 a month for just #Fibe50?"

After checking availability on the @virginmobilecan website, then with a CSR, then signing up, the @Bell tech doing the install informs me that 100 Mbps is not available at my address ("maybe 50"?). We've both had our mornings wasted. @VMCcare please fix your availability tool.

It amazes me how every 3 months our DSL has an issue. wires have been in the ground since 1979. They haven't improved anything and in a few months I'll be getting 50x the speeds from @SpaceXStarlink while @Bell can't stretch a cable 50m across a road to serve me

@JaneMoneypenny @KTinnovate @Bell_Support In the end Bell technically rents their lines to Rogers and Telus because Bell is the only one who set down lines across Canada. In the end we just pay to all of them, you just have to decide the devil you choose for the next 2years.

But @Bell still has the best customer service of all big companies. But their cable isn't what it was. Mostly because channels like @DIYNetwork change and not for the better. For one example. Was great...now....@DIYNetwork has to go. Awful programming.
