@Bell_Support I didn't realize I changed my mind. I was under the impression I did ask for help and still require such. So please explain why I'm being billed for 2 months of internet services when my account has only been active for a month.

@alpha_diy @Bell Don't worry, it's **** anyways. What they don't tell ya is your throughput is the same regardless of those speeds. A faster upload just chokes up your whole service. Most packet loss I've ever had, horrible lag & pings. Moved 8 hours closer to data centers & my ping got 2x worse.

@Bell_Support still no services here in Milton, Bell Fibe tv and internet down until further notice apparently. Whole household forced to take a day off, no internet=not able to log on to teams for homeschool or sign into work….hopefully back up soon🤞🏻

@Bell_Support I have tried. I have tried sending a DM for other matters and all I get are copied and pasted replies. No one actually reads my concerns. I have tried calling and I was basically told too bad. The case manager has yet to return my call. I'm out of options
