Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell Would love to but home phone has been down for almost a week. @Bell @Bell_Support keeps lying, saying it will be fixed and it never is…. It’s supposed to be fixed by 10pm tonight - guessing another lie because I asked a tech in the area and he said next week at the earliest.

Sherry Rezaie, MD (@shaghayegh755) reported@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail

Ted Tester (@PoliticsCan1999) reported@TorontoStar @Bell is having trouble with China Huawai Dishes killing the business. Spy dishes have NEVER been removed. Don’t know. Ask them for a document that states they are all removed and ask why it is not on website. Investigators have already received the answer. #cdnpoli

Tony Smyth 🇨🇦 (@LateNightCam) reported@TruthFringe @BlueJays @Bell Thing is Primus is actually owned by Bell so a Bell Tech came to do the switch from Bell to Primus. When the CRTC ordered Bell to offer wholesale access to the existing fibre network, Bell just started buying up smaller ISPs.
