@CRTCeng And yet, in Canada, both @Bell and @Rogers can one, charge way over the true market value for a phone, then put in place a "Device return Policy" which leaves the customer with nothing? T-mobile for an example. Unlimited everything and four lines for $140 a month.

@Bell_Support hi Bell, my mom has no service. She’s a new customer. It’s an ongoing wiring issue outside, open ticket. We need this fixed asap. She can’t be without service. And yes we’ve rebooted as per your customer service.

Pretty sure the customer service strategy of @Bell @CraveTVHelp is: "keep customer on hold so long they fall asleep & forget why they called in the first place." Sneaky.

The internet went down 9 times in one hour today, when you're trying to connect with your family on Christmas Day during lockdown. I've been so patient. We've had two losses in our family - my biggest fear is that my internet will drop in the middle of their funeral. @Bell help!

@ProudGrannyCdn @Bell_Support I have had problems with over seas as well. To a point I said, excuse me? I am the customer. Having been a manager whether customer is wrong or right one is always treated as right. @Bell = Pathetic customer service. Nothing ever EVER resolved.
